L.R. who has actually had a Visit!?

i have put in a few orders over the past couple months, the last of which i received a couple weeks ago. one was good size. as has been mentioned numerous times above, recreational custies rarely get sought after but i moved everything out of hte house, just as a precaution. i still haven't seen a single credible account of any visits either. wait it out.

Well I don't Post much but I have been around this site for years. I received the last part of my order on the Saturday before the Bust. The order was small
L-Dex, L-Nova and Cialis I have not been contacted in any way regarding this order. And Of course I have Never heard Of L.R. before and I don't know what your talking about.

MY POINT GRAMPS, IS THAT IF THEY COME AND TALK TO YOU WITHOUT ARRESTING YOU IT DOSENT MEAN YOU CANT GET INTO TROUBLE. YOU MIGHT GO TO JAIL YOU NEVER KNOW. I KNOW FOR A FACT, NOT FROM A TV SHOW. THIS KID, IF HE IS REAL IS IN A BETTER SITUATION THAN I WAS. BUT THEY CAME TO TALK TO ME, I WENT TO TALK TO THEM, I DIDNT TALK SO SIX MONTHS LATER I WENT TO JAIL FOR 10 DAYS. I WAS NEVER ARRESSTED ONCE. I DROVE MYSELF TO THE COP SHOP.

Did they cuff you and read you your rights while you were there or in some other way tell you that you were being taken into custody? That would be called and arrest. To be charged with a crime and presecuted for it, you must be arrested for it first. End of story, that's how the legal system functions. 10 days, big fucking deal, I've done 70.

I have to chime in on this. Hey Genius, how can you go to jail and never have been arrested? An arrest ALWAYS (by law) must proceed any type of restriction of your freedom (aka you cant leave your jail cell). If the police want to ask you questions, then just ask "Am I under arrest?" If they say "no," then you can leave at anytime. Just walk out. If you weren't arrested, how did they put you into the cell? Did you follow a trail of breadcrumbs into the cell and they shut the door behind you?

Your friend,

Mark

P.S. I am a law student, so dont try this "the police can do anything they want" crap.

Yeah, I was arrested when I was 18 and haven't been since. I can tell you to listen to the good bros and Rick Collins. If the police have you, cut and dry, they come and take you. If they talk to you, it's cause they don't have shit and want you to hang yourself by talking. And they have all these fun tricks but you only need to tell them your name, and show ID I think, then say I don't want to talk.....when they keep up ask them "am I under arrest?" Decline to talk, leave or ask them to please leave. Don't be a jerk but don't be nice. Be business like. A lot of people feel like this makes them look guilty. So what? You probably are, but they don't know that unless you tell them.

Anyway, I have been visited once since my arrest many years ago. I didn't answer and the USPS Inspector left a business card. I had my lawyer call him and say we don't want to talk to you.. He flipped on my lawyer and talked all tough... My lawyer said he has to get enough evidence to arrest me or pull me in to question me. The Fed was all talk.. He had nothing, and I never heard from him again.
Do not talk to them. If they have evidence then believe me they come and get you. If not, they will try to get you to hang yourself. Don't do it.
If you think you've done something that will allow the police to go to a judge and show probable cause to search and seize your residence then clean house until things blow over. If you're creative you can think of other places to store your valubles.
And for shit sake don't think talking/narcing will EVER help you... IT WILL NOT... THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR GUMS FLAPPING

Specifically what I meant was that they are not listed as scheduled controlled substances. I was pretty sure of this. I just checked, and they aren't.

Yes, possession of a prescription drug without a prescription is illegal, but isn't possession of a controlled substance a more serious crime? This is what I was wondering.

KB

I believe all prescription drugs that are not Schedule II to IV are actually Schedule V. At least in Texas where I got busted.

Good points scrappy. The cops will lie and say anything to get you to talk like "The drug dogs sniffed it out", or "We'll get a warrant in 20 minutes if you don't help us out." Lies, lies, lies, just to get you to talk and incriminate yourself. Always remember DON'T SAY A WORD UNTIL YOU TALK TO YOUR LAWYER. The pigs will always say that "We can help you out and put in a good word for you with the judge if you talk to us." Bullshit it's the DA who makes the desicion and the cops have nothing to do with it after it's in the DA's hands unless it goes to trial and the pigs have to testify.

Thank you, Mark! I was hoping you would come on here and straighten the kid out. I even thought about pming you or BigKarck to set the record straight.

Deacon, the whole point of this thread was to actually see if anyone has actually gone down because of LR. So far it does not seem that way. Most boards just have the old he said he said thing going on. I wanted to see if anyone has had visits, seems to me if you had a visit you have nothing to lose by posting to let your other Bro's know whats going on. Guess time will tell, but other threads seem like a panic attack-I just wanted a few facts so we all know where we are at...
thanks, kmh

yes they read me my rights, but i walked into the jail w/o cuffs because i never acted up. i was cooperative and they knew i was not a fucked up person. i just played golf w the cop who busted me, it just depends on you.

this thread is to long for me to go back and find who said it, but to few post (guys who just joined)and dumb statements should tell you guys who they are.

Then, like I said, you were arrested. No arrest, no charges. Where there's charges, there has been an arrest.

our original argument was that this person did not get arrested when they visited him, correct? then i said he could still be fucked, correct? so maybe we are not getting anywhere. i am tired of this conversation now, sorry.
the input on other threads from you has been great, so lets get over this. maybe i am just bitter for getting busted and i want to argue.

The fact that your name and address exist in a company's computer is not enough evidence to convict you of purchasing something illegal from the owner of the computer. For example, suppose somebody placed the order using your name and address. It's very hard to validate that the person with that name actually placed the order. That's why I find it somewhat implausible that a bust in Louisiana would result in "visits" in Colorado within 5 days. It just doesn't seem to be worth their time, considering they got what they consider to be "big fish" surrounded by plenty of evidence.

That's a link from the ACLU's website about your rights, and what to do, if you are stopped or arrested. The page has a link to a PDF which, when printed, folds down to a size you can conveniently keep in your wallet. As has been mentioned in this thread several times, never consent to a search, and treat the police respectfully.

Unless they purchased there products with a credit card through pay-pay. Then that would be 2 things with your name on it.

I know of a source from awhile back that was contacted by pay-pal and asked what kind of business he was running. He told them he was supplying a service (booklet) for nutritional help. He contacted all his clients and told them what to say when pay-pal contacted them. I was never contacted but he told me some of his clients were.

Even so, wouldn't be extremely difficult to establish a connection between that credit card and your intent to purchase something illegal?

Are there any lawyers here?

Yeah

if he purchased it through pay-pal with a credit card they can arrest his ass. They have probable cause. Now the person who was arrested in fact purchased controlled substances with a credit card. He can say he doesn't know who used his card, but that would be hard to say if the police confiscated anything in the house pertaining to LR. People think the feds are stupid.

So what are we really looking at here? If the feds searched the place and found nothing but his cc acct shows a purchase from LR, are we talking conspiracy to purchase an illegal substance? I don't think so. LR sells other products like vials. Vials are not illegal. :p

Cronk

Well

this is America and we all know the feds lie so they can make shyt up. All they need is probable cause, he showed probable cause by purchasing something illegal with his CC. I'm sure the feds would know what he ordered. But I don't think they could get a conviction with no hard evidence(such as clomid bottles etc)
