Hello

i will start use dinabol or anadrol and i want DHT blocker To avoid prostate problems, and avoid the problem of genetic baldness, the family has a genetic history with baldness, my grandfather and my father

So any advice about super DHT blocker to avoid the hair loss

Dbol is not hair safe!!! Do your research. Pretty much nothing is hair safe, there are only few "SAFER" options including nandrolone and maybe equipoise. DHT compounds are no go, so anadrol is dht pretty interesting one, but risky.

As for dht blockers, it's finasteride. But if you're gonna use it, then running it with deca is not a good idea.

I may be wrong but I thought alpha reductase inhibitors only helped with testosterone conversion to DHT so it wouldn’t help with oxandrolone or stanozolol, not sure about dbol or anadrol as most people concerned about their hair would stay far away from those…

There is no such thing as DHT "blocker". There is two medications that stop the reduction of testosterone to dht by downregulating the activity of 5ar enzyme, but that is about it.

As someone already said, it wont help with Dbol. All steroids will speed up hair loss to some extent, it depends on how androgenic the compound is. And there is no such thing as some magically highly anabolic steroid with no androgenic activity.

You could look into RU58841 it is applied to the scalp and apparently blocks all androgens from attaching to the hair follicle. Their hasn't been as much research done on RU58841 as their has been on Finasteride or Dutasteride though.

Also has been shown to cause depression and suicide, I believe the FDA is making pharmacy to list that on package insert
Probably because dudes dicks stopped working so they wanted to end it all. I don't know what I'd do without my dick. I need it daily to be firm and upright....like a flagpole.

DHT blockers, while they do lower your PSA numbers on a blood test they don't necessarily prevent prostate problems.

Can you name a DHT blocker?
Okay, l am using DHT blocker as a figure of speech and if we are being absolute you are right finasteride and dutasteride are not blockers, because they do not block 100%, they are inhibitors that inhibits the enzyme 5 alpha-reductase that converts testosterone in to DHT which in turn reduces the amount of DHT that can be absorbed by the hair follicle. l hope this is satisfactory for you.;)

l try to explain this simply for you, as @HB_22 said all steriods will have some impact on your hair, how much will depend on how susceptible you are to hair loss. Finasteride and dutasteride reduce the amount of dht that can be absorbed by the hair follicle, which in turn reduces hair loss. These 2 are more suited to testosterone use. l would suggest reading the Peter bond articles on hair loss that are on here, they will give you a good insight in to the risks and benefits to all the dht inhibitors.
