Lab Results Fertility recovery

Hello Fellas.

Been on long Cycle all compounds for 6years without HCG use. i stopped in February did a sperm test which turned out to be ZERO on APRIL did a PCT, it has been 3months now and here is my Lab Sperm Test results any.
Any advice on how to proceed forward to fix the abnormal heads and raise the count.

*TOTAL SPERM NUMBER 8.96 Million / Ejaculate 39 or more NA
*SPERM CONCENTRATION 3.2 Million / ml 15 OR MORE NA
*TOTAL MOTILITY 51* Percent 40 OR MORE NA
*NORMAL FORMS 03** Percent 4 OR MORE NA
*ROUND CELLS 0-1 /HPF Occassional/HPF Microscopy
*Rapid progressive motility is 10 %

Don't know what others will recommend drug wise but I think more time is your best bet to get all important numbers up.

More time. And less drugs. Your body is already recovering. Best thing to do now is reducing drugs but dont pull them out completely.

Low does clomid and throw in some Vitamin C and Q10 for motility and morphology. No weed or recs of any kind. Also, stay well hydrated.

Many of us have been there. My daughter is now 2 years old.
