I'll check it out.I also have high viscosity. I'm not sure if its dehydration but the only thing other than drinking more water I do is to take mucinex close to ovulation. There's not a lot of study but I've read that it helps thin out the sperm. If you google mucinex sperm you'll get a bit more info incase you wanna try...
A friend of mine believes kisspeptin works extremely well for mobility too. He has an own peptide/sarms company, kinda shady shit, but he knows a lot about it.
You can find some about this in google, but no real clear answer. II will try it if my girl isn't pregnant by my bday in february.

How I understand it, it helps increase sperm quality and increases the ability to swim, but only if you already have active and working sperm(which we both do)
