Lab results, TRT or other?

Been almost 5 years since I was on cycle and have all the syptoms of Low T. Wanted to see for myself if it was all in my head and got labs done myself. Have had no libido, sex drive, depression, fatigue, no drive to do anything at all really, and have started putting on weight the last couple years that I can't seem to shed. Used to have a high sex drive before the last cycle and was a very motivated person. So my question is.. is this caused by the cycle? Is it too late to reverse? Took no labs during cycle because I was young and dumb but I know something is off. Don't want to just go get put on TRT if I could fix myself back to having natural good T levels with the right stuff. Not asking for medical advice just looking for insight from experience from others who may have gone through the same.

Just attached full blood work because I didn't know what all to look at really.

Some of the more seasoned members may interpret this better than me, but here I go. If you gained weight your could be aromatizing more, also I didn't see SHBG on the bloods. I think I read that your SHBG can increase if your over weight, decreasing your free T (also not on the bloods). As far as feeling better goes, maybe some HCG or clomid to pump up the boys a bit. Then let the drugs clear your system and reassess how you feel.

I'm 29, last cycle at 24. 18 weeks of 600mg tren E, 1000mg Test E, AI caber all throughout and taper off through pct, clomid and nolva.
Those numbers were all I was given, literally just posted all because I didn't know what might be relevant

That’s a knarley cycle.

You're still young so I'm not sure. I tried raising my testosterone in my 40s I tested like 399 and I was able to get it to like 499 over four or five years by eating lots of testosterone producing food. I don't think you can raise that much when you're older. Maybe a hundred points naturally. I gave it a go for at least five years trying to raise it before I jumped on trt ...you may be different though cuz you're still pretty young. I tell you I raised it just by working out and eating lots of steaks and eggs and other high cholesterol foods that help reduce testosterone

Been cutting weight to try to get back in shape but wanting to try whatever I can before TRT. Gonna have to do it myself though because that's all doctors around here want to do. If I could get at least to a five I think I would be happy.

And the cycle was rough but gained roughly 30lb of muscle and cut Hella fat. But I wouldn't do it again. Was too young and stupid

Would a short run of TRT (Few months) actually serve to benefit or worsen the situation? Was thinking short run of TRT to find my level with bloods throughout to dial it in then a strong PCT with some HCG

You're only 29. Your testosterone is low, but your estrogen is at the high end of the range. You say you put on fat - did you know that this can cause exactly what you are seeing on your blood tests?

Aromatase - fat cells produce it, and the more fat, the more aromatase, which means lower testosterone and higher estrogen.

If you start injecting testosterone with your current levels of body fat, your testosterone will go up. What do you think will happen to your estrogen?

Diet - are you on a bodybuilder - type chicken and rice diet?

Cardio - daily, 30-40 minutes?

If you aren't already doing those, the TRT is not going to magically solve your problem.

Not looking for magic. The last month before my blood test was all healthy food, high protein and in a calorie deficit. Cut down 18 pounds so far. And this isn't just " put on weight and now low test" been this size for 3 years and just became a real problem the last 1.5 years. And not wanting to go on TRT unless I absolutely have to, but with all that comes with Low T it just adds extra Baggage on top of already trying to cut. Depression is real, no libido is real. Hard to stay motivated when you don't feel like a much a man as you did. And that's why I'm here to seek guidance, which I appreciate greatly.

Well they say being in a calorie deficit in in a constant cut will throw your natural testosterone into the toilet. So that's why trt is so great ...cuz you can be in a deficiet and have a high test constant level.

Have you read this

It's basically a recovery that @BirdieNumNum did after blasting crazy amounts of tren, test and god knows what else lol.

It's a long read but worth it.

He thankfully recovered his test so trt would be the last option if I was you.

I am currently 3 months into recovery after blasting and cruising for 3+ years.

I done hcg for about 4 months and then ran clomid and nolva for 5 weeks. Last day of PCT was in November.
