Lab results

Hi guys. I'm mvurrently working on getting my AI dialed in for my trt and I'm pretty sure I'm on the right track. I got my lab work back yesterday and everything looks good. I'm taking aromasin (no HCG) and my FSH and LH are still nonexistent. But I have a couple questions for those who might know. They ran a creatine kinase test and it came in at 2348 U/L. The reference range is 55-170. I did a lifting session 24 hours prior to the blood being drawn but holy shit is that normal or have I had a heart attack?
My BP is normal and my resting heart rate was 52 and 54 last time I checked which was right around when i had this blood drawn.

Ya I started searching the web in the parking lot of the office lol. I read that it can temporarily go through the roof after intense exercise and the numbers I saw were way higher than mine. But it still freaked me out.

Update:
I'm in the ER as I type this getting a litre of fluids IV to flush my kidneys.
An hour ago I was in the doctors telling him my concerns and he asked what supplements I'm taking. He knows my trt protocol so I mentioned that, along with 5g creatine monohydrate per day and 5g beta alanine. I'm also on 10mg crestor. He said that this amount of creatine combined with the heavy lifting is seriously damaging my kidneys, hence the ridiculously elevated CK values.

I've never heard or read anything other than creatine is 100% safe. Is he out to lunch on this or wtf is going on here?

I'll be doing more research but for now I'm just a little pissed off and confused.

That kept coming up while I was researching. I checked into crestor and rhabdomyolysis and apparently crestor can be a contributing factor. My lipids were perfect this set of labs so I asked him if I could cut my dose in half and he said that would be ok.
We are retesting these ck levels on tuesday and he told me not to take any crestor for the next week.

Apparently rhabdomyolysis isnt considered severe until serum levels are 5000 or higher which is twice what mine were at, so that was a bit reassuring.

Not much they asked me what was going on, hooked me up to the bag, checked my blood pressure 3 times and set me free. There was no doctor there.

I went to the pharmacy after and talked to the pharmacist to get his input. He was baffled. He asked about muscle pain and I said I have a few things here and there from lifting heavy, mostly in my joints. His eyes bugged out and I got the impression he thought I was hiding something. Then he asked if my urine was brown. I said no it's nice and clear. He was more confused then me. He did mention that hes never seen CK levels that high. The highest he could remember was somewhere around 900. He asked if the test was correct. I'm thinking HOW THE F@CK WOULD I KNOW?! You tell me!

Stay on top of your bloodwork. You could have(???) been heading into Rhabdo. and they intervened. CK are always high in athletes due to muscle breakdown. I would keep an eye on your GFR if there was one test I would repeat, and drink tons and tons of water. Keep us updated.

It just really bothers me that a doctor would be ignorant of this. When he told me that all the amino acids I was taking along with the exercise was destroying my kidneys he scared the shit out of me.
When he wanted to give me some evidence, he gets on the computer and does a google search! And shows me an article. An article I'd read already! I'm thinking, ya, I've seen that, I've also read the next 15 articles on your google search there. I was 10 steps ahead of him.

Doctors that dont have idea for athlete and sport needs are dangerous for you. Must find a better doctor with experience.
If you take creatine your urine will show high creatinine levels. A doctor that has no idea will tell you that your kidneys are getting ill. :D
watch out cause doctors can save you but some doctors can make you worse
