What would be the best way to assess your ability to quantitatively analyze a substance?

Is there a way to send a control sample, then 1 or 2 samples of the control, with known amounts of "contaminates"?

Sending anonymously an original product with known concentration and comparing its specification with my results would work. Interlaboratory comparison done with the same sample and batch, tested by me and other laboratories like simec or jano should work too.
What do you mean by contaminates?

I couldn't agree more. Its a new era. As long as this type of testing is available I will never run unknown gear again, why take the risk? We spend enough on gear, supplements, gym membership, food. Why not spend a couple of bucks and know what you are putting into your body and eliminate the guess work.

For finished oils—- would it be possible for you to do a test to see if it contains hard metals? Particularly Lead, arsenic, and mercury——-)

Among other factors bc the quantities involved are small (I’ve never seen a positive HM assay) the ability to detect such low levels is best conducted by an environmental lab such as SIMEC.

In addition reliable heavy metal screening assays are available on the net.
