Greetings! 
For a long time, i was reading your posts, learning and thought it is time to register and start posting. It'll be great to writing, advicing about what i know and also learning from more knowledgeables than me. I was an international handballer in my youth before university. After that i played some american football at college. Then started smitting iron 5 years ago.
English is not my native language though, so sorry for my future mistakes.
