Laser eye surgery ???

4 people i know had it done. they said it was the best thing they ever did. you might need to go back for a "touch-up", but from what they say...definately worth it. and no pain.

I had it done about a year ago. It's absolutley amazing. I went from 20/400 to 20/20 in an afternoon. I can't say enough about it. The thing I noticed about it at first was how much cleaner, clearer and brighter everthing I looked at was.

I did have slight pain about an hour after, nothing to complain about. They gave me 2 painkillers and I took a nap. The pain was gone when I woke up.

For a few weeks after my eyes were sensitive to bright sunlight, but it's all good now.

I had it done in college. Put it on my credit card. I need a touch up. Cant see very good at night. Kinda dangerous in that regard. Even with that I would still recommend it 100%. During daylight etc I am 20/20 but at night not near as good. It is more of a problem with everything blending together like the road and the curbs. I cant tell where one stops and the other begins lmao. STill beats the fuck out of contacts and glasses

watched my ex g/f go back and have 2 touchups done on hers about 3 years ago. Doc said that glasses would still be needed at night. I have also read that down the road you will encounter problems regardless. Farsighted with astigmatism individuals aren't, or weren't, able to receive Lasix. Also, if you can see well with contacts, it's recommended that you not have it and continue with lenses. Saw that in Reader's Digest. LOL

LOL..i swear that was an accident that it was on that site. I wear contacts myself, and my vision about 12 years ago was 20/200, farsighted with severe astigmatism. They laugh at me when i mention a better cure for my eyes other than coke-bottle lenses or glasses. Fuckers! Why do people always pick on the blind? Then a few weeks ago I was looking at a blonde in the gym and it turned out to be a guy with a yellow towel on his head. I figured I better get my eyes fixed. After a blow job of course.......

Not to deter you, but I had the surgery done in 99. I has PRK, not LASIK. My right eye came out perfect, but I need a cornea transpant in my left eye. The Drops they used to thicken my cornea after the surgery, had been re-called for melting peoples corneas. I was initially told to take the drops four times a day, when they saw that the drops were not working, they told me to take them once an hour, when in actuallity, it was the drops that were melting my cornea.

had it done years ago. still wear glasses, but at least I can do stuff like work out w/o lenses. Took me at least 6 months before I could drive at night. Sucked. There's some new procedure out that's more expensive, but seems like a better bet than the old "lasik" stuff.

Rumor had it they could, bro. My corneas are shaped like a damn football rather than a circle, so if they can round them off then i may have to give it a shot

i believe so. When i did it 3 or whatever years ago they gave prices and if you have astig. the price was higher insinuating that i could be corrected

I had a pretty bad astigmatism and they fixed it. The night vision SUCKS and I cannot read things close up anymore. It has only been a few days so we will see. I am hoping to get back in the gym today or tomorrow before I lose my fucking mind. It's been 4 days already.
