Did some pullups today for 4 sets, afterwards did latpullowns. I felt a little pop (a pop, like when ur back cracks and it makes a pop, not a feeling of tearing it) in my right lat at the last rep at 2 sets, but it didnt hurt so i continued training. Now i can feel the same spot 'ripping' apart, when i try to stretch my lats so i guess i tore it?
No real pain, i havent lifted something since my training (around 4 hours ago), no swelling or bruising.
How should i treat it and what could it be? (Minor tear, big tear, muscle strain...?)
