Hey everyone, I'm Ken, late 40s. Been on TRT for a few months now (physician supervised) and running Retatrutide for recomp. Not into competitive bodybuilding – more focused on health optimization, dropping body fat while maintaining/building muscle.
Currently dialing in my T dose and getting bloods stable before adding anything else (Primo is on the horizon once the foundation is solid). Training 6x/week, tracking everything obsessively (bloods, macros, supps) and always looking for evidence-based info as well as real-world experiences.
