Late night training?

Is it odd that I generally hit the gym at night? I usually go between 9-11PM. Was curious as to whether or not this could be affecting my progress in some way. I still get proper amounts of sleep and proper nutrition but I just train relatively late. Any thoughts on this?
 
I recently read that natural test levels are the highest in the morning and lowest at night. But if youre on cycle thats out the window and doesnt really matter. Another benefit of working out in the morning in a fasted state would be burning glycogen stores. As long as youre hitting the gym when you want is all that really matters.
 
I tend to train around the same time too. Nothing wrong with that. I'm sure there are studies somewhere about this but I grow all the same.

Yeah I feel like getting to the gym period is what's really important. Besides I don't think I could get my ass to the gym in the early morning hours.. Especially in a fasted state lol.

I feel the same way about it. Plenty of monsters at the gym around this time also so that has to be a good sign.
 
I go around that same time as well, 830-1000p. I like morning workouts but there's a bigger younger crowd in the evenings and it motivates me more. That also means there are more younger females at that time to look at and it motivates me as well lol

I hear you on that man, same way in my gym lol.
 
I find it easier early am before i think about the fact that its work. Anytime afternoon i realize its work but i sleep better the later i go.
 
I like training at night but find it impossible to sleep afterwards. There is a window from 7-9 in the morning where there is fuck all people in the gym i go to and it's only a small gym so that's the best time for me.
