LC-MS/MS not available in EU

Hey guys,

As most of you EU users alr know, LC-MS/MS is not available in EU (at least not in Portugal), therefore I’ll have to stick to ECLIA to measure my e2 lvls.

I’m about to hop on a test cycle, and the problem is that while I’m currently natty, the ECLIA should actually be ~90% accurate, but as I hop on cycle it can be off by even ~50%.

So what can I even do to actually check my e2 levels precisely while on cycle?

I used to think it was self analysis + bloodwork (to double check self guess). But atp I’m assuming bloodwork is not even accurate, so why bother?

Monitor trends.

If baseline is 1x and you end up at 3x on blast, you probably need an AI. On the plus side, it's significantly cheaper and you can afford to test more often.

Take notes and try to understand the numbers you get and the sides you feel, dont treat a number but treat the sides.

If you have no sides and your blood test says 100 E2 and your BP, water retention, dick etc all are good just leave it as it is.

No other way for us in Europe. With times you will have a better understanding of your body and mostly will need bloodtest only to "confirm" trends.

Just my 2cents.

I'm from Portugal also, you can test LC-MS/MS here only if you have access to a central hospital or university.

For example, Faculdade de farmacia da universidade de lisboa, IST or even Centro Hospitalar Universidade Coimbra.

Even most public hospitals have LC-MS/MS, but it's a pain in the ass to ask for such an expensive analysis.
