Yeah my girl dog had horrible separation anxiety, so I got my boy to keep her company.... turns out he has worse anxiety when I leave him.
I could you not if I close the door when I'm taking a shit he will push on the door until it opens or I open it... then he just sits there and watches me.

this may sound weird..but Ive heard some people have success with them.
Sometimes it helps anxious dogs, essentially it's a compression vest that mimics the feeling of safety and security like a big hug

Yup I've heard of those too. My wife can be home with my boy and he'll still be freaking out, chewing things up and leaving them at the front door until I get home.
Ordered my service dog vest and I'D almost 2 weeks ago. Fuckers guaranteed 3 day shipping.
Once that arrives I'll bring him everywhere.

Man I literally just started week 2, took my 3rd shot of test and mast e today... just taking mast prop 100mg EOD.
I won't be expecting anything really for another 2 weeks.
With the prop you will be seeing a little next week I'm sure bro. Nothing crazy. Week 4 and so on it'll just get better and better

Wellllllllllllllll found out that the vacation is being pushed back a week, if that even still works.
So we will see how that works.... doesn't really effect my goals. Still trying to be a piece of eye candy to all the rich cougars out there.
If I can't be the most shredded being on south beach, I'll be the most shredded at my neighborhood pool. BOOM.
Feeling a little tubier today. Another doc appointment today so I had to cut the workout short... again.mm but I'm going back today for cardio.

Yeah I'm pretty patient. I can get lean through diet alone, but I'm usually sitting at like 190-195 when I do that.
I'm looking to be 205-210 and diced up.
I feel my strength is gonna skyrocket once I get around that 4 week mark. Definitely going to be closely watching and documenting my strength.
My gym is huge into physique and BB competitors, so they do all the bodyfat testing and measurements stuff, so I will have to get all my numbers this week. Maybe even today when I go back in.

Going to take a few days off from the gym and reset my mind mentally.
One of those spousal disagreement issues... no biggie just don't want to go to the gym and have my mind somewhere else.
Took my chances at the arts and crafts today and built a pull harness for my pups.
The harness works great!! My dogs.... not so much.
Axel always slips out of it and Addi just sits down and looks at me. At least he looks good wearing it, right?

ended up going to the gym... shoulders, tabata, and stairmill.
felt great, upped my tabata to 5 min instead of 4. jogged up the stairmill for 60 sec.
