Leancuisine joins the darkside.....

I was actually down by my cities MEPS today. Didn't realize that's what it was till I noticed all the recruits loading a bus and their families crying.
Brought back memories a lil
Of course the Marines were the best dressed but hey what's new

Man I can't even argue that.
Army Class A looks like shit compared to the marines dress uniform.
Plus they get to roll their sleeves up during the summer.....

Midwood drive, all night. Just kiddin I would skip that one....
You have the Cat walk, and the lounge.....and of course the Platinum Club.
After the platinum club the rest are history.

Small world Bro. But then again Colombus is a place that can only be seen through a Grunts eyes to fully appreciate it. Fuckin went couple years ago to the NIM as soon as the Hornets Nest dropped with the Platoon. Great fuckin time.
Plus my PSGT and few more of my guys were in the movie so we literally went and watched it once a day for a whole week straight.
Now am up here at Bragg, but the time I spent down in Benning is Priceless.

Man I will never forget my times at Benning... "The Best Army Installation in the World!" ....
Plus smith and Audie Murphy gym are some of the best gyms I've been to. Miss those

Bragg now we're getting into my neck of the neck of the woods. Although my favorite was Campbell, Bragg was out fucking standing got my stripes there.

No issues man. Always a pleasure to have Vets around.... even if you are a POG :p
Ok. I have to ask this about your cardio. Do you get pumps from cardio. You know I swim for college, and for about the first 2,000 yards I get some pretty serious pumps in my shoulders and lats, and for kick sets I get awesome pumps I'm my hammies, and if we kick with fins on in my calves with the occasional cramp (to be expected). But even when I run on my off days, my hamstrings and calves get pretty pumped. It's weird, but I like it until it starts to hurt, but it does go away as I continue to run/swim. I haven't tried biking while on cycle but I am for sure going to this week, see if get the same types of pumps.

Sometimes my calves and hamstrings cramp when I'm swimming in bitches.

As far as actual cardio... depends. If there's lots of jumping or the stair mill my calves will pump up.... but that's to be expected. When you are working a muscle your body is going to rush blood to that area.

I'm only 1 shot and 3 days into my cycle of long esters so I haven't noticed any RBC or AAS pumps I guess. Don't expect that I will with the low dose test and what not, but we will see.
