I'm 6'1". Honestly not sure about the weight.... my scale says anywhere from 215-220 but I think that's off. I feel 210-215ish
Starting Monday I will start weighing myself every time I go to the gym, they got a pretty shnazzy scale there.
Only weigh once every Friday!!!
 
Yeah it's vinyl flooring. What can I say... I'm a high roller :D
The condo itself is really nice. Great neighborhood, I only hear gunshots a few times a week, the demolition down the street only takes place between 4am and 3pm so that's nice.
2 gas grills on a nice pavilion surrounding an 8 foot deep pool, just deep enough to keep the little hellions away. Unfortunately, they migrated over to the newly installed dog park and ransacked it. It once housed a very nice agility course for dogs (which I used everyday) until these little shits, without parental supervision, destroyed almost every piece of equipment there is to use.

One time this little kid decided it would be cool to start teasing my dogs (while in the park), so they tag teamed him. My girl grabbed his pant leg and pulled his legs out from underneath him while my boy mounted him and humped the shit out of him. The kid was fucked... my pit was easily 15lbs heavier than him.

I would have called my dogs off, but I was laughing too hard and couldn't breath.
I hate physique poses. It literally pisses me off. That's why I'm trying to bring my legs up to par for classic physique division. It's going to be a division full of bodybuilder a who can't get big. But they are all forgetting something... The classic look apart with that division. It's truly for the different physique. Tiny waist, big arms, lats, forearms, medium legs. A one of a kind, self built physique. You can't go into classic bodybuilding with a heavy weight bodybuilding mind set.

So I got glasses about 1.5 years ago after I hit my head really hard. Idk what it did to my eyes but my vision went to shit...
Anyways I'm at the optometrist getting a pair of glasses and the doctor, a middle aged, skinny armed guy with a gut, asks me "how do you do it? I tried gaining weight but I can't do it."
I told him the same thing I tell everyone else who tells me this bullshit... "consistency. It takes more than a week to build muscle."

Seriously anytime I go somewhere one dumb mother fucker has to ask me, and they always follow it up with "yeah man I tried but I just can't gain weight.

Or the old guy who says "I used to look like you"

Annoying as hell. I don't care.

I did BJJ for a few years and kick boxed for about a decade.
Did a CQC course with the stun sticks and paint guns in ft Louis too, that was alright... but nothing can match the intensity of a company brawl ;)

Just did a quick calves, traps, and some bullshit workout today to just get out of the house for a bit.

Cleaning and cooking for the rest of the day.
