Nice progress since starting here brother. I've gone and relapsed into my meso addiction. Good to be back though. Need to get caught up here, and a few other logs of note.

Keep killing it! I dig the training style too, love the athleticism and plyometric focus. A 305 power clean is beast at your weight. Will be watching to see you hit it.

You can lift heavy and be a body builder, look at Coleman, greatest to ever do it and the guy had like a 2200 powerlifting total haha

That is the biggest obstacle to many others including myself
There is an absolute difference between lifting heavy and being huge
The heaviest I ever lifted I surmounted to about the size of an athletic basketball player
The biggest I ever got was when I learned to lift with hypertrophic goals in mind. Which is some thing I continually have to remind myself. As it's not in my nature to take weight off
 
Didn't go to the gym today. Been shivering, sweating, and throwing up water all day. Not sure what's up with that.

Feeling way better now, and I've still got 6 hours left in the day.... might still lift light later.
 
Well these last 36 hours were a shit show.
Puking all day yesterday, and today I sat down to take a poo and started profusely sweating and coughing uncontrollably. Odd... with that being said, just drank my pre workout smoothie.
1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 scoop banana protein, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries and a dash of milk. Just a dash ;)

Well I gave it a good shot.... hit 315 for a few sets on Romanians....then the moment I went for front squats 2 sets into 225 and I could not catchy breath. I stuck in for another half hour, but 30lbs on the standing leg Curl felt like a marathon sprint. Can't breath worth shit...
Between sweating over everything, breathing like an obese man in the buffet, and having razor bumps all over my arms I look like the start of World War Z.

See ya guys in 28 days.... when the world is overran by zombies because of me. Apologies ahead of time.
