Learning about supplements, where to go?

Hey bros, I see some of you know a lot about supplements.. I'm wondering is there a place to read about certain compounds/minerals/etc?

Are the Animal-Pak, Animal-Stak, Animal-Cuts worth it? They seem to contain most of the supplements worth taking...not sure if it's at effective dosages though..

All I take right now is a Blended Whey, and a Multi-Vit. I have a couple tubs of Creatine in the cabinet. I sometimes take in fish oil and glucosamine-chonondriton..

I plan to start a month long PSMF in a week. A couple weeks after I do maintenance post-psmf I will begin my first cycle. Guess I want some support to keep lean mass, and burn fat/supress hunger.. When I start to cycle I want to make sure everything is geared towards helping me grow.

I'll be adding the following (or using daily instead of whenever I feel like it), should I look into other stuff also?

bcaa, fish oil, glucosamine, zma, and ill research what you guys suggest and we'll see what else we add..

animal pak is good stuff, best vitamin for the buck, the cuts is good to use it later in that cycle i see you were planning on.

any product from universal is good actually they have been around for a long time.

MAX REP dont kill me check out Home search around in there check out the forvm they have some good info on training and supplements there, and everyone is very friendly too as they are here.

you should be consuming 1-1.5 grm of protein per lb of body weight, I like ultimate nutrition iso sensation 30grm per scoop lo cal low fat low sodium,

of course fish oils will be good during and off cycle to help regulate and control cholesterol levels

creatine is a good help but will or can make some puffy, try a creatine ethyl ester, actually look at animal pump full of ethly ester and no2 boosters, enrgy pak i have used this as well it works awesome

you can always add more bcaa's and an extra spoon of glutamine powder into post work out bev, or use a post work out recovery like vitargo (nutrex) or torrent , storm (universal nutrition)

2 zma before bed
