IIRC, Haney is alive and well and living in Atlanta.

Now those pics are what a bodybuilder is supposed to look like. No crazy gut, no oil leaking from his arms, just pure solid muscle.

There is no doubt this man set the standard by which modern day body builders are to be judged. In my opinion he was the first to truely dominate the sport and bring body building out of the dark and into the mainstream.

I didn't forget Arnold, but there was a time period when arnold was competing the body builders were just freaks, a bunch of prehistoric weight crashing roid freaks. Lee Haney was able to elevate the sport past this stereo type. Arnold put body building on the map, no question about that, but Lee Haney was able to puull it out of the closet. He transformed to sport into what it is today.

Lee Haney is alive and well, and owns two gyms in the ATL. He gives classes on bodybuilding and nutrition. and also does motivational speeches at Churches and schools for peeps. He's really religous and a firm believer in the Bible. He's got his own website www.leehaney.com.
He's got downloadable free info on meals and lifting ex's and schedules.
