So im right arm dominant, have really long arms ( im 6 foot 4 and ny wingspan is bigger than that). My right bicep has pretty good development i have the vein and see both heads clearly, however my left is absolutely terrible and looks like i never train it. Literally my left bicep.is basically non existant. Luckily i have fantastic triceps on both arms. But how do you guys reccomend me developing my left bicep? I dont want huge biceps they are too long and my genetics wont allow it, but id like to even them out.

Hey bud,I had a simular problem, my left which is weaker than my right had poor form to maintain the same weights as my right arm. I started doing these below to force both arms to maintain form and gives full range of motion. Im almost 6.3 and have long arms. These exercises definitely got my arms more symmetrical. Hope it helps.

Incline db curls

Cross body hammer curls

Chinups

Like fish said, unilateral training.
I had bad symmetry in my chest when I first started. Left pec was damn near twice the size of my right. Bothered me so bad.
Interestingly enough, after I stopped worrying about it so much, it seemed to begin to even out after a few months.
Just don't put so much stress or focus on it and exercise it the same, but as fish said, do. unilateral exercises with DB.

How long have u been training consistently? This is the case with a lot of people, I've found it'll catch up in time, but most ppl will always have 1 arm that is 1/2" smaller than the other
Im 22 now been training since i was 17. Consistently.
