Leg day pukefest

Lately here it seems after i do lega i puke everything up, to the point of dry heaves. Its starting to happen at least once every two workouts now. Dont really like losing 800 cal from breakfast after training...i wait an hour after i eat drink water while training woth a preworkout. Is there something im doing wrong its neen 4 hours later and i still feel queezy

I remember seeing pics of Arnold and Franco at Golds Gym , they had puke pails near the squat racks . Some guys just puke after heavy squats or deads ....

Ive had workout partners that do puke once the weight gets heavy . I never do even after I defeated 300x10x10 a few months ago , I felt great afterwards . I usually just have a Powerade or banana before squats , something light ....Goodluck

Looks like i need i puke pail! I miss my anabolic window though because i cant even hold down water or look at food afterwards
 
only time I ever felt like puking was after putting my body weight on the squat bar 165 lbs at the time and doing 60 reps in 5 minutes...was a challenge one of my friends put me up to saying i couldnt do it...well I did...then felt like shit for a hour afterwards lol wasnt worth the 60 bucks i won as I walked like a penguin for 5 days after lol
 
It's been years since I puked on a leg day but if I recall correctly, it was always near the end of my leg workout and not necessarily after heavy squats. I tend to work up to a couple sets of heavy squats before doing some 8-10 rep front squats followed by 3-4 sets of walking lunges at 10 reps with 185 or 225. SoMetimes I get queasy on the lunges and I will Move straight to a series of trisets of leg ext, leg curls and calfwork to wrap things up. However, on days I am still feeling good after lunges, I pick either widowmaker set of leg press (start around 1400lbs rep it 5 or 6 times, drop a couple plates, rep out, drop, etc for a total of 35 reps) or I push my truck back and forth in the parking lot for a while. It seems like my system recovers enough every third or fourth leg session to add in one of the brutal finishers Instead of leg machine trisets. Puking has always come on one of those finishers. Also, the old breathing squats program made me puke once or twice.
 
Yes^ I think it has to do with pushing the limits of one's overall work capacity and not so much a heavy lift. OP, adding some lightweight complexes at the beginning of your workouts might just upgrade your work capacity enough to do away with the puking.
 
Never puked on squats but when I was doing crossfit it seemed every fuckin time I power clean I would puked and in the Box was the last placed I wanted to be seen puking with all the hot chicks around.
