I have a friend that was arested last week on a DUI, in his car they found a bollte of LR cialis. They charged him with possesion of a controlled substance. He says that they had no clue what it was, but the felt is was a "controlled substance" any feedback on this matter?

well if cialis is available by perscription only...then i would assume that its a controlled substance. but i could be wrong.

it probably wont amount to too much of a big deal. once the judge sees what it is, figures the poor guy cant get wood, maybe he'll feel sorry for your friend .

yeah the DUI will be a pain in his ass for a long time but i don't think they'll tack anything on for having possession of cialis unless the judge has a hair across his ass...like joe said, it doesn't intoxicate or impair judgement, it's for sorry dudes who can't sport wood.

then again i've banged some nasty chicks because i had a hardon before, so i guess that would count as impaired judgement as a result of a hardon.

Not everything requiring a prescription is a controlled substance. Cialis is new but there is no reason for it to be scheduled by the DEA.

Okay, Fight it. Cialis is not yet available in US, but in europe and other places. But it is not a scheduled item. A good lawyer will get you off, and you may be able to counter it.

what happened to innocent until proven guilty. If they don't know what the substance is they have to send it to a lab and test it to find out what is in the product. that's not a scheduled drug. Thats like getting charged for someone leaving their antibiotics in your car and them finding it...

here in the good ole usa it's guilty until proven innocent. and that a lot of the time depends on how much your willing to spend to get off the charges or plea down to a lessor charge
