They sell 1 Amp packs with syringes and insulin, too, which makes me lean towards legit. But I cant find much info about them!

I THINK its what is known as export quality ie greyish market.. could be wrong as based on feeling with a few hints but not as familiar as other folks with India export brands...some are def great, well dosed etc...
