Legit source?

I found it by hanging around a bigger forum. I reached out to one of the more seemingly seasoned guys on the forum about a question I had regarding underdosing risk from UGLs, and this person gave me their wickr and said they ship product. On wickr he then showed me what’s being sold. This was about 1.5 years ago. I decided not to take the plunge then. I reached out again last week and they provided me a list on wickr. Prices are slightly higher now fwiw, but they’re exactly what I would expect a good source would cost from what I’ve seen elsewhere.

Is this the way private sources operate? Is this source as much a risk as normal private sources? Should I ask about things like air filtration (and what else?)

I’m not asking anyone to provide me a source. I’m legitimately asking about the source I’ve already found. Should I ask for stock photos, lab photos, and HPLC tests?

edit: I see what you were saying. Yes I’ve seen that thread. This person’s handle is the same as it was 1.5 y ago

I understand you were not openly asking for a source..

The point is, that when someone reaches out to you privately and offers to be a source, it may or may not actually be legit. If it were, all of the questions you have, should already have been answered in their source thread.

Do your diligence my friend.. make sure you're not being set up for a scam.

Ok. I’ve listed those things to ask about. Anything else to ask about you think?

edit: and perhaps just for further clarification, I first reached out to this person. Lastly, I did not find this source on meso. It was another large forum that will remain unnamed. I think it would be kind of odd if when this person replied to my PM and said they had a source, they simultaneously put forth things like stock photos, lab photos, etc…or would it not be odd?

We have a thread about it being a bad idea. If you still feel it is a good idea you should trust yourself. I would not personally do it but I am rather cautious with my money.

It's easy to get pictures.. Anyone can get photos of stock and lab equipment, even a price list if that's what it takes to convince you to send your coin.. but that doesn't mean you're actually going to receive quality, legit product in the mail.

Things can go bad with any source at any time, but there are sources on this board that have been vetted and have already answered most of the questions you can probably think of.. right in their own thread.

I personally would read a little, and find a source that has happy customers leaving good reviews, but you gotta do what feels right to you.. it's your coin.

Is this person a source on whatever board you found him on? If not, then I wouldn’t do it. If so, then research that source.
