Lessons Learned/ Mistakes from DNP

Hello! I've been doing a lot of research on DNP as of late despite not actually being able to find it...

All the same I know it's a controversial topic, but it can't be denied, DNP has a lot of potential if used correctly. This post is asking those who have already used it! What is your personal experience with it? Did it work as well or better than expected and what were some of you biggest mistakes that you wouldn't make if/when you do it again?

I understand, my curiosity definitely has given me a bias FOR DNP, despite worse than expected results realstically including death. I do not plan on rushing into this. All the same, any input and advise to use this compound safely are more than appreciated.
 
I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks on 200mg DNP a day (which is very low dose). I actually took dbol to get the euphoric feeling to make it through the absolute fatigue that I felt. My calories were at about 1200 a day and I didn't do any cardio, but I did workout as best I could. When the water from the DBOL dropped out I was 9 lbs down and I will do it again after this cycle of Dbol,NPP,Test-E to clean up the added fat.

You never felt the need to bump up the dose? And also how much of the weight came up in the weeks after you discontinued??

I work in a ridiculously hot environment so increasing dose was not a thought. I wanted to give it a try. I got the dnp from a YouTube guy with a web site. Just to try it out. It was like magic... I was amazed everyday in the mirror. I had bulked to 174 on test e first cycle in a decade. Lot of extra fat... So I spent 2 months cutting 8 lbs to get to 166 then dnp... 2 weeks to get to 157. It took about 7 or 8 days to really see results.. Lose water etc... Choice is easy.. Lose 4.5 lbs a week or 1 lb a week, easy choice. It was miserable to say the least. My bench stayed exactly the same. No strength lost. When I finally loaded carbs it was the most amazing feeling seeing myself in the mirror.. Full muscles and new veins everywhere. I thought "is this even real?". Sounds crazy but I have never lost fat so fast.

I appreciate your humbleativitiness. DNP is by far the harshest compound I have ever done in my 25 year + dieting career. Extreme sides and one to approach with extreme caution. If you have a look at my "King Kong" cycle log, you'll see how I dropped 22 pounds in 2 5-day sprints without any strength loss.

The best advice I can give is don't do it. I can absolutely not recommend DNP for the record. For those who are determined to take it, I can only say: Please for the love of God start at 200/day, remember the compound half life leading to 500mg active substance in your body if you pop 200/day....within 3 days, you will have 2.5 times the dose within your body.

Only up the dose every 3 days, and only up it in small increments. You need to dial this fucker in very carefully.

I have seen peeps burn on it, and they all start with "oh, I am a strong person, I can do 800/day".

I did 600 one day a few days into a cycle, and I will never ever play with the devil DNP like that ever again.
