6'1", I look so much heavier than I am... I miss being ~250, I looked monstrous. I think I just have a very lucky bone structure.
or maybe low bone density? Im at 187 and everyone swears I look well over 200. I'm proportionate and can swell evenly but bone density is shit. hence my weak ass strength

It's weird, I have WIDE shoulders and a wide back. It makes me look way bigger than I actually am. But, when I am BIG i look giant, so, I'll take it. My avi was last year at ~260lbs... I was still lean enough to see all the muscles in my back.

dude your a monster, but even at 215 youre still huge. Not sure how much different in person that looks but in the pics, at 215 you look just as big, just more lean. My back and traps have always been my strong points, I have the big boys at the gym jealous cus of it.

My traps used to be better when I did more deads... I really need to bring them back. I have good calves which I think is rare... Nonetheless, I stopped worrying as much about the scale.

lucky you, my calves lag, but ever since starting the texas method (powerlifting) squatting ass to grass they have blown the fuck up in about 6 months time. I love deads, and they do help for traps, but i love to blast my traps doing barbell shoulder shrugs, start @ 135 and work my way up to 495 for about 6-8.

Training for me has been iffy the last week, I can't kick this fucking flu. I'll feel better for a day, then get hit by a bus the next.

I've decided to call in the heavy guns, trenbolone acetate. This shit should take my motivation and intensity to level I need right now. Mentally, I'm lacking. Physically, sick as a dog. Hoping this tren spikes right when I'm feeling better. Today will be day 3 of 100mg/ day injections.

For those following along, the syntherol log will probably start tomorrow. I just don't feeling like pinning my bis and tris every day when I'm sick, it sucks enough when I'm not.

I'll be hitting the gym today, chest, shoulders and tris :D

Things are still not exactly going as planned, weight just isn't coming on as I hoped. I'm gonna sit down tonight and try to really figure what's going on... I'm eating enough macros, training hard as fuck and using the appropriate drugs... What is going on? The scale has barely moved, I'm up about 12 pounds since late October... I'm used to blowing up faster... The mirror looks good, which is nice.

With that, I'm doing a hail mary, fuck this, let's fucking grow bonanza! I'm adding in anadrol to this stack, and EQ. So, this shit is gonna get dirty, and might offend our gentle users at home, but here's where we're at:

1000mgs Deca
700mgs Tren A
1000mgs EQ
150mgs'/day Anadol (I can tolerate it, I've run 200 before)

So, fuck guys, if this can't help put on the weight, I'm gonna go to the doc, as something is seriously wrong. Maybe the older we get, the tougher it is? I've heard of high dose GH causing this.... I'd like some thoughts @Docd187123 @mands @drizzy @gr8whitetrukker @fodsod ... How does it make any sense that I can take over my maintenance calories, a ton of protein and carbs, train well and sleep well.... But have little weight gain? Myostatin?

Does anadrol cause a lot of bloat for you? Ive read that it is hard to control because it's not from estrogen. I've heard of guys using it for cutting. Is that even possible?

It really doesn't, I have read that it converts into a similar hormone to estrogen, I can find the name somewhere. On a cut? Man, there's better things such as winstrol and anavar for that. Anadrol is a good bulker, I have found. It allows me to move heavier weight, for more reps... What else could you ask for??

If you have any recent labs it would be helpful posting them or PM them. Also, if you can consolidate your recent cycle information in total (last 6-12 months including off time if any) that would also be helpful in assessing possible issues that may be hampering your progress.

I know you know your shit but maybe seeing all of your information in one place may help point out something you may have missed or overlooked. Glad to help if I can bro.

I've run Adol up to the last week of a cut to allow more strength and fullness while depleted. If you have your diet under control and water intake spot on then add in a mild diuretic or even Letro the last week to flush excess water. Switching to orals is a very common approach for higher level competitors prior to a show.

@mands posted this a while ago. It was a pre-contest cycle for a national level competitor. I don't remember if it was friend or someone he was coaching.

HOLY crap balls! When have you stopped "growing" would you say? Also, when did you notice gains stalling out or becoming more slow?

What's fucking weird, I haven't grown that much since I started this blast october 24th.... Maybe I put on 12 or so pounds, varies day by day, but nothing crazy... I'm used to being able to be at 20+ lbs by now... It seemed so easy last time to get to 260lbs... I'm not sure why this time it's way harder....?
 
WP throwing this out there brother-I feel stupid asking you this because I know you know your shit and it seems like common sense but always seems to get easily overlooked.

Are you eating more calories now then when you started your blast-have you progressed in your calorie intake during the blast? We always seem to talk a lot about progressing weight, progressing drugs, progressing volume, progressing frequency, progressing cardio etc. I think progressing food is just as or more important for continued gains.

I have been guilty of this mistake myself. Everyone should take an honest look at this and evaluate. I think this is where alot of people go wrong. Say you started your blast at 5,000 calories/day. Even if this is way over your TDEE to start, at some point you will need to add more calories to continue gains. Add them in slowly and methodically just like we do with training and drugs.

I think the best place to add them is the meals post workout! Switching up carb sources to calorie dense easy digestible carbs like cereal, bagels, muffins, Rice Krispies, sorbet! Sorbet is the shit post workout and an easy 160g carbs per pint-yeah I got that from Jordan Peters and Dr. Scott Stevenson. I will not take credit if a sorbet craze starts on MESO because once you try it you will get addicted.

Im sure you've already looked at this but maybe someone else can benefit from me asking you the question.
 
WP- try this. Take your current meal plan and add 100g carbs or so post workout. Do this for one week or until you know if any change. Check scale. If no change add another 100g carbs or so to your post workout meal. If no change add another 100 carbs or so to your post post workout meal. Keep progressing calories from carbs with these meals. Keep the calories higher in post workout meal. Keep progressing calories with these meals. Use carb sources that are easy to digest like I mentioned above. No way you can digest this amount of cals from "clean foods"-(rice or potatoes). This should get the scale to move.

There's really no need for the drol with that much other stuff thrown in there.

You are simply either not eating enough (either not eating as much as you think you are or burning more calories than you think you are) which can be from several different things or you're just burning enough fat at the same time to mask the muscle gain. The former being the most likely.
