Its guna be a crotch rocket lol. Well it would be if I was pickin it. Tbh i dont want a motorcycle. My dad almost died on one an now hes been in an assited living facility since i was 5 or 6. He asked me to ride with him right before he took off from the river to go home. As soon as he asked me to go with, i immediately got this sick feeling so i told him i was gunna ride back with his friend who had been camping down at the river with us. If i wouldnt had said no.....Skull wouldnt be here writing this:confused:

What's up guys, gals and all things in between? I hope your weekend was fun, mine sure was! Also, it was a bit interesting.

Friday was a solid back day, holy shit those one handed supinated pull downs( I didn't use the band) are really growing on me... My lower lats were PUMPED! Now, I've had a nagging left pec issue for a few months now, so i intertwined so light bench work here too. Just a bit, a few sets of 225 and 275, nothing crazy. I'm trying to get my chest strength back, but man it hurts still. Finished the night off with an awesome steak dinner at our best steakhouse in town,

Saturday was a light-ish leg day, nothing too crazy... I finished it off with 20 minutes in the steam room, and 20 minutes in the jacuzzi to help with recovery. Felt pretty good that day. Calves are really filling out and looking blocky these days. I'm really starting to enjoy running humulin 90 minutes pre workout, and eating my pre workout meal while i take it... Then sick on a shake of carbs, creatine and bcaas during my lift... Seems to be, so far, the most effective insulin protocol i've tried. No feeling hypo, etc.

Sunday was my arm day, this has been a great program that i've sort of put together, so please, try it:

This will be a back and forth, bicep to tricep,

Barbell curls, 5 sets of a heavy-ish 10-12 reps, each set is a drop set, and go to failure. Yes, normally I wouldn't advise going to failure on lift 1, but it was given to me this way and it WORKS.
Close grip bench, 7 sets of 8, nothing fancy here.
Incline seated dumbbell curls, STRETCH on these, med to heavy weight... Last set is a drop set.
Two-arm dumbbell extensions, 5 sets of 6-8
One hand DB preacher curls, go HEAVY and squeeze at the top of the rep for 2 seconds each rep. 12-15 reps, 5 sets each arm. These will burn and hurt, I promise.... but the pump should be UNREAL at this point fellas.
V bar cable press downs, supersetted with tricep dips to failure, 8 v bar press downs, go heavy and flex at the bottom, superset these fuckers with dips BABY!
Cable curls, 3 sets of 50 reps... Yes, you read that shit correctly, 50 reps... This isn't a fucking typo, BURN!
Pronated tricep kickbacks, 5 sets of 10. Bend over and keep your palms facing the ceiling the whole time.... This shit will BURN!

Now, if this arm workout doesn't have your arms feeling like spaghetti and your dick standing at full attention, you have failed yourself... When done properly, and with MAXIMUM effort, this shit should MURDER you... I want you cursing my name when you wake up the next day feeling like you were beaten with a baseball bat!

After that ultra-sexual lift, I went shooting with a girl and bought a motorcycle... Talk about the American dream!

Definitely trying that arm routine this week. Totally looking forward to not being able to drive home from the gym because my arms won't work and my dick is blocking the steering wheel.

@Wunderpus your fucking arm routine is ridiculous. I feel crippled. The frequency of the drop sets burned me out dude. I missed some reps but only because I couldn't move any more. All in all, three thumbs up... If you know what I mean lmao

Alright alright alright! What's up guys?

Okay, first things fist, little Wunderpus has been under the weather since Sunday. Turns out your boy has strep throat and a sinus infection, fuck! Well, day 2 on antibiotics and I'm feeling a bit better. I still made it to the gym yesterday... Was it my best workout ever? Fuck no... But, thank god they have a steam room, I lost about a pint of green mucus... Yippie!

Yesterday was shoulders, but I added in biceps as well. I skipped abs and calves, felt like total dog shit.... All I've eaten so far today is a fucking popsicle... The worst part about being sick for me is the loss of appetite.

No major updates to report, I haven't thrown in the dbol yet, waiting till I feel 100%. Started the Black Tops yesterday, at 1/2 vial per day, so, who knows how many ius? Also, it is batch 19.

Beyond that, nothing else to really report today! Hopefully doing legs today doesn't kill me...
 
One of the gyms I go to has a steam room, it's awesome. They put a bowl of some kind of menthol oil in there and it really cleans you out. Even when I'm not sick it seems like it cleans you out big time.

I have #19 too. Going to up my dose for a few days and see if sides pop up, not a good way probably but it makes me feel better.
 
I know little by the way. I'm asking in order to learn. Everything I have read about the two leads me to believe that high doses of them would cause progesterone issues without something like caber.
I've ran them both. Fina @ 450mg per week and 450npp with 1.2 grams test. It's was one of the best runs ever. Very strong. It did puff my left nip slightly even tho I used small dose of letro and Novla. Once i came off along with Novla it subsided. Anyhow not to hijack thread, @Wunderpus whats the ancilliary list look like man. Any adex, SERMs? That's a ton of test & goodies, you gonna run a lipid check when you're on?

Now, firstly, I apologize for my overall absence these few months, work has been nuts and I’ve been traveling/ celebrating a few personal achievements. Anywho, as you have noticed I wasn’t able to start my “off season” with the community “Get Bigger” group. Well, I’m here now, and I assume you are as well if you’re reading this!


This shit is going to be aggressive, and it’s not recommended for any human being. This is solely an experiment on myself, and you’re welcome to watch. If you’re easily offended by ridiculous cycles, run away now. You’ve been warned!

Currently, I am weighing in at my lightest in about 4 years, the cut did me dirty, I’m lean and mean as fuck! Feeling GREAT, strength is down maybe a bit, but overall I’m still a machine.

So, here’s the plan folks:

Week 1- 14- Test Enanthate 2500mg’s/week

Week 1-14 Deca Durabolin 1000mg’s/week

Week 1-14 Trenbolone Enanthate 700mg’s/week

Week 1 – 14 4.5iu/day of serostim, “10” iu/day Grey Tops

Week 1-6, week 10-14 Humalog and/or Humulin as needed

Week 1-3 T4 200mcg’s/day

Week 1- 4 NPP 700mg’s/ week

Week 4- 8 Injectable anadrol 100mg’s/day, injectable dbol 50mg’s/day

Week 10-14 Anavar 100mg’s / day

Meal plan


-6am Wake up

Shoot humulin r, start at 10 iu, increase by 2iu every week until you hit 20iu, then take 2 weeks off, start back at 10.

Shoot GH

Take first round of orals

50g protein egg white shake w/ 1 banana and toast or pancakes

-8am eat 50 G protein meal

-10am shake of 50g protein, low to no carbs

-11:45/12pm 50g protein lunch, 40g carbs

-2pm solid meal of 50g protein, fast carbs (white rice/pasta)

-3pm take second round of orals

3:15pm 50g protein shake

-pre workout shoot humalog (if needed) and take appropriate carbs

-post workout drink 50g protein w/ needed carbs from insulin

-dinner 50g protein high carb (sweet potato or brown rice)

-shake of 50g protein, banana and peanut butter


Training will be John Meadows newest program, Sentinel. It’s a high volume system, intended for an off season mass gainer.

With that much gear you shouldn't have a problem getting swole! I couldn't imagine taking that much tren, deca, and npp together. My wife would divorce me because of erectile dysfunction even with 2.5 grams of test. Good luck bro be safe that's a lot of gear.
