Yep, I've thought about it. Especially since I'm using growth. But it's something I feel like I want to keep in my back pocket to use down the road. I seem to respond very well to pretty moderate doses for now. Once that slows down, insulin will definitely be a necessity. Thanks for offering to guide, means a lot

Palumbo seems to think GH is largely wasted WITHOUT insulin unless it's used SOLELY for fat loss. Now, I don't agree with EVERYTHING he says, but I'm finding my gains from GH are limited with insulin.... Just a thought.

He might be right. I've definitely noticed some nice effects from it but building a lot of muscle hasn't been one of them... Yet. I'm on cycle now so I'm interested to see what kind of synergy there is.

I like Palumbo but sometimes I question some of the info he puts out. I do keep a lot of the things he says in the back of my mind though because I respect the guy overall... The sales pitches get a little old.

The sales pitch is FUCKED! But, his Ask Dave serious is pretty decent. Dave and Chris Aceto train a TON of high level pros, and put together all of their programs.... He most know SOMETHING.

JM gave me advice on insulin a while ago. He told me to use humalog pre workout. He said "Let it get in, do it's job. Then, it's quickly in, and quickly out." Now, I don't think that's the end all, be all way to use slin, but it's the best for beginners IMO.

I agree... Although, when he has John Romano on it gets on my nerves. John is just an abrasive personality and that's about it. John said some shit on there once that really made me question his knowledge of PED's.
 
I need to dig that thread up. @Millard Baker had some very good info he was posting in there about things possibly going on behind the scenes.

I don't have much additional info. I asked Singerman about it. He said Meadows had previously been paid a substantial amount in royalties over the past year. The disputed amount allegedly only involved about a month or so. I have followed up on it since then so I don't know how or if it's been satisfactorily resolved.

I am running 1mg pharma adex per day, and I have ralox on hand in case gyno pops up.

@gr8whitetrukker @Oregongearhead When I was at the doc's onTueday, they ran my BP and it was in range. Heart rate with a bit elevated, she said it was probably from being sick and the caffeine i had that day. I will retest when I'm not sick. Nonetheless, BP is something I'm going to watch now, thank for looking out boys!
Your not playing around. If you bust it in the gym and eat good you should be a freak! I will def keep an eye on this.
 
Just did wed-friday on wk 2 today. Shoulders are burning. This program is a trip. Its not as intense as my usual training but im hitting new muscle groups and getting new growth. Dig it!! Now eating 1lb of hamburger with rice, avocado, cheese, and tortillas.

It's rarely intense, but, pay good attention to the RPEs... When its 10, it means BALLLLSSSSS to the wall!
 
Morning, guys!

Yesterday was a fun chest and triceps day. Diet has really been in check thus far, and I'm feeling GREAT. I honestly cannot believe the changes in the mirror already! Started my dbol two days ago.. I do 1/2 my dose in the AM with my humulin, GH and breakfast. The second dose is 2 hours pre workout... I really believe in "trickling" these orals when you can, just like insulin... Now, with drugs like Halo, take it all at once.

First time on the flat bench in a LONG time yesterday, that's where I hurt myself a few months back... Strength on that lift is still what I would call, embarrassing... It's so hard to know what you were capable of just a few months back, and be about to do about 2/3 that... Oh well, we WILL get there.

Lots of meal prep these past few days... Make some awesome beef and veggie stew, curious to see how that freezes up. Another STAPLE in these bulks is protein pasta (about 40 or so grams of carbs per serving) with ground beef in spaghetti sauce (I try to have 1/2 ground beef per serving), throw in some spinach into the sauce 2 minutes before you serve/pack it up.

As far as training goes, I am enjoying JM's Sentinel... It's different, for sure... But, I like it. Next, I really think it's time to look into some powerlifting routines to incorporate. He had me perform a 10x10 of tricep pressdowns yesterday, 45 second break in between sets. I'm not sure how long it's been since my tris were THAT pumped.....! Felt great.

For breakfast it's the same thing right now. An eggwhite and fruit smoothie, 3 pancakes with real maple syrup and peanut butter and a little gatorade or V8 with creatine in it. About 90 minutes after that it's normally a turkey sandwich on white bread (I want those carbs 90 minutes post humulin for the second peak) or some eggs and potatoes from the local breakfast joint, either always have fruit with them. Those Naked juices are a great way to get "healthier" fast acting carbs, as all of that sugar is from the fruit naturally. Get the boosted ones for the added vitamins...

Fats and insulin... You see these two mentioned a lot... A lot of people believe it's because it makes you fat... I totally have found that to NOT be the case. Rather, fats like PB or MCT will slow down the digestion of the carbs... So, it puts you at higher risk to go hypo.... I wish people understood this.

My intra workout right now is just gatorade powder, BCAAS and creatine.... Nothing fancy. I don't trust these supp companies to prevent me from going hypo after recent incidents (My own, as well as JM's with Prime's IntraMD). The powdered gatorade is SO cheap and its UNBELIEVABLY easy way to control the amount of fast acting carbs.

Life is good guys, I feel like I'm in a great place right now, and I'm really ready to smash this. I hope you guys are doing great as well!
