Let's grow October 24th - January 30th

Truk does it right. He does it better than I do, truly. I am NOT very good at logging things. However, I am VERY good at writing my diets, and sticking to them. I am hoping I can be that way with logging my lifts, I've tried about 5 times and give up in a week. I just don't like to be distracted in the middle of my workout....

By the way, my gym has these stupid new machines that count your reps! Anyone seen this stupid shit? WTF is WRONG with people that they need that?

I like the concept. I'm normally thinking about my insulin and if it's time to dirnk more carbs..
 
Since I have movements and reps already mapped out I just remember the weights I used and copy the planned routine from my notepad app or whatever and paste and fill in the weights later in my log once I'm home and have time. I have a good memory for numbers and also don't do a lot of movements in one session anyway.


Yes, for the most part and especially the way most do. I just meant mostly because you can utilize an AMRAP occasionally like at the end of your volume sets, no more than once a week per exercise in my opinion. Too much will run you into the ground quick for sure though.

Meadows talks about form failure, not TRUE failure. I believe in that... Do the reps until you can no longer do proper form... Then, in his mind, you have reached failure. I like that.

I think alot of these old habits come from the old timers like Arnold. I worshipped Arnold growing up and thats what he did. This forum has helped me alot. Thats why when i hear these early 20 some things act like they know it all i just smdh. Nah kid...ya dont. Im still learning better ways about things

It works for awhile, but unless you have absolutely top tier genetics you'll eventually have to have a plan and train intelligently to keep progressing.

The guys over at Synthetek have asked me to perform a log for them. They will be providing all of the Synterol (synthol) for me throughout. They have asked I perform this log here, on Meso, as well as on The Iron Den. I wanted to get your opinions on this, as you guys come first to me over some freebies.

I see the pros of this to overwhelm the cons. Everyone can see how synthol works, learn more about it, and most importantly, we can learn how permanent the gains are. The have asked that I follow BigA's protocol for biceps and triceps. I am comfortable the the Syntherol product, and have used it in the past.

Again, I will not be paying for this Syntherol, and my only form of "payment" is the free oil. I am not an employee of theirs, as you probably already know.

This would be fun for me, let me know your thoughts.

Will you give me a few moments of your time and read about it? I know you hate it, you and I have had countless talks about it... I think there's SO much misunderstanding about it.

"How do Site Oils work? To begin with, they do not stay in the muscle for 3 to 5 years. They get dissipated within months. However, during this time, they have stretched the fascia of that muscle. The fascia is a great constrictive factor in muscle growth. The more stretched the fascia is the more the muscle will grow and the more it will have that `popping’ look. Site oils stay in there long enough for the fascia to stretch. As they dissipate, the `space’ left by them is replaced with new muscle tissue growth. That is the reason why when x-rays/MRIs where performed on some of the people that have 25″+ arms, there was no oil found in there. The oil dissipated and it was replaced by real muscle.

The principle is the same as the one behind site shots with steroids, but it works at a much a larger degree, because the Site Oils take that much longer to dissipate.
As well, this is the same principle behind fascial stretching. Howver, it is much more efficient with Site Oils. Best example is to imagine a baloon. You can pull on it and stretch it as much as you want, and you will stretch it a bit. But if you fill it with a liquid, you will be able to stretch it to a much larger degree than just pulling on it from the outside. This is the best way to compare the efficiency of fascial stretching versus using Site Oils."

There is a Syntherol log over on PM I follow. Very informational and entertaining. I think it would be great to follow one of my Meso Brothers progress!

Now, firstly, I apologize for my overall absence these few months, work has been nuts and I’ve been traveling/ celebrating a few personal achievements. Anywho, as you have noticed I wasn’t able to start my “off season” with the community “Get Bigger” group. Well, I’m here now, and I assume you are as well if you’re reading this!


This shit is going to be aggressive, and it’s not recommended for any human being. This is solely an experiment on myself, and you’re welcome to watch. If you’re easily offended by ridiculous cycles, run away now. You’ve been warned!

Currently, I am weighing in at my lightest in about 4 years, the cut did me dirty, I’m lean and mean as fuck! Feeling GREAT, strength is down maybe a bit, but overall I’m still a machine.

So, here’s the plan folks:

Week 1- 14- Test Enanthate 2500mg’s/week

Week 1-14 Deca Durabolin 1000mg’s/week

Week 1-14 Trenbolone Enanthate 700mg’s/week

Week 1 – 14 4.5iu/day of serostim, “10” iu/day Grey Tops

Week 1-6, week 10-14 Humalog and/or Humulin as needed

Week 1-3 T4 200mcg’s/day

Week 1- 4 NPP 700mg’s/ week

Week 4- 8 Injectable anadrol 100mg’s/day, injectable dbol 50mg’s/day

Week 10-14 Anavar 100mg’s / day

Meal plan


-6am Wake up

Shoot humulin r, start at 10 iu, increase by 2iu every week until you hit 20iu, then take 2 weeks off, start back at 10.

Shoot GH

Take first round of orals

50g protein egg white shake w/ 1 banana and toast or pancakes

-8am eat 50 G protein meal

-10am shake of 50g protein, low to no carbs

-11:45/12pm 50g protein lunch, 40g carbs

-2pm solid meal of 50g protein, fast carbs (white rice/pasta)

-3pm take second round of orals

3:15pm 50g protein shake

-pre workout shoot humalog (if needed) and take appropriate carbs

-post workout drink 50g protein w/ needed carbs from insulin

-dinner 50g protein high carb (sweet potato or brown rice)

-shake of 50g protein, banana and peanut butter


Training will be John Meadows newest program, Sentinel. It’s a high volume system, intended for an off season mass gainer.

I dropped the tren. Not due to prolactin related sides, I was just sick of the sides that come along with tren...

What protocol would you use?
I believe I am going to opt out of it. The protocol is 3ccs into both bicep heads, and 3ccs into the big tricep head daily. I think that's outrageous.
 
Good morning guys, I hope every had a nice weekend and a great monday!

This is the best I have felt, both physically and mentally, in a long time. As some of you have noticed, I've cut out some of the harsher drugs, tren and dbol. I've replaced those two with Anavar. It just made a lot more sense to me. Anavar and deca have always worked well for me, and there are literally no sides to speak of. Tren is, well tren. I'll save my tren for the cuts. Here's an updated lineup for those of you who have been following along:

Serostin- 4.5iu/day
Black Tops- 1/2 vial a day, so who fucking knows?
Test Enan- 2500mg's
Deca-1500mgs
Anavar- 100mg's daily.
Insulin as needed, not using on off days.

I was toying around the idea of running a sponsored Syntherol log here, but the protocol is WAY out of my comfort zone. Anyone who wants to shoot 18ccs into their arms a day, lemme know, I can put you in touch. For me, it's just TOOOO much to even consider.

Diet has mostly been on points. I've been cheating more than I have in any other "bulk" but I am putting on zero fat, so, I'll keep doing so until I notice something differently. I still look bigger and leaner everyday, what else could you want?

I'm not sure if I ever logged an injury I had a few weeks back, that caused some major pec damage... Long story short, I was benching 365 and it just got STUCK and the bottom.I heard and felt almost like a Rice Krispie sort of thing, no pain yet, and had my buddy help me get it off. Sat there for a few, trying to figure out what happened. I still DON'T know what caused it, but it bruised up for a week or so and was ULTRA tended. Anyway, when I tried to bench again after that, I could BARELY get 225x2.... So, yeah that blew. I am throwing in the Juggernaut model for my bench and hoping it helps increase it. Yesterday was week 2, and I was humbled to find 165x10 for 3 sets was a CHALLENGE. ODDLY enough, I have lost no visible muscle mass. So, those of you who believe you will just disintegrate after a week of no training, or on PCT, it's just not the case. Keep your diet up and it should really prevent that catabolism to a large degree.

All other lifts are feeling great! My arms continue to fill in nicely, week after week, with this 3 times a week training.
