Let's grow October 24th - January 30th

Good morning guys, I hope every had a nice weekend and a great monday!

This is the best I have felt, both physically and mentally, in a long time. As some of you have noticed, I've cut out some of the harsher drugs, tren and dbol. I've replaced those two with Anavar. It just made a lot more sense to me. Anavar and deca have always worked well for me, and there are literally no sides to speak of. Tren is, well tren. I'll save my tren for the cuts. Here's an updated lineup for those of you who have been following along:

Serostin- 4.5iu/day
Black Tops- 1/2 vial a day, so who fucking knows?
Test Enan- 2500mg's
Deca-1500mgs
Anavar- 100mg's daily.
Insulin as needed, not using on off days.

I was toying around the idea of running a sponsored Syntherol log here, but the protocol is WAY out of my comfort zone. Anyone who wants to shoot 18ccs into their arms a day, lemme know, I can put you in touch. For me, it's just TOOOO much to even consider.

Diet has mostly been on points. I've been cheating more than I have in any other "bulk" but I am putting on zero fat, so, I'll keep doing so until I notice something differently. I still look bigger and leaner everyday, what else could you want?

I'm not sure if I ever logged an injury I had a few weeks back, that caused some major pec damage... Long story short, I was benching 365 and it just got STUCK and the bottom.I heard and felt almost like a Rice Krispie sort of thing, no pain yet, and had my buddy help me get it off. Sat there for a few, trying to figure out what happened. I still DON'T know what caused it, but it bruised up for a week or so and was ULTRA tended. Anyway, when I tried to bench again after that, I could BARELY get 225x2.... So, yeah that blew. I am throwing in the Juggernaut model for my bench and hoping it helps increase it. Yesterday was week 2, and I was humbled to find 165x10 for 3 sets was a CHALLENGE. ODDLY enough, I have lost no visible muscle mass. So, those of you who believe you will just disintegrate after a week of no training, or on PCT, it's just not the case. Keep your diet up and it should really prevent that catabolism to a large degree.

All other lifts are feeling great! My arms continue to fill in nicely, week after week, with this 3 times a week training.

Hope you guys are doing well, thanks for checking in!
How long are you running the anavar for?

@Wunderpus Any plans to log your daily workouts this time?
I could. But, it seems a little unfair to John Meadows as he is getting paid for these programs. I will put bits and pieces, as well as the general idea. Being that this is his newest program, I'm sure he'd like people buying it. For the older ones, I was less concerned.

Looked in the mirror, I'm starting to see a beast looking back at me.
Weighing 225. Did 335x6 on bench after doing Friday through Sunday on week three. Happy about the bench because this is after healing for two months for breaking two ribs from dropping 285 on my chest. aggression is way up. I was looking for the guy that didn't put a shopping cart back at the grocery store.
Was going to be ugly:)
Looking forward to legs tomorrow morning on week four.

So, still going back and forth with the Synthetek guys regarding the program. If they will allow me to discontinue at any time do to either pain, or undesirable looks/effects, then I will give it a try. It's only 30 days, I've done worse. This is something I've been curious about for some time, however I've never wanted to invest $700+ in synthol to see if this process works.

I will post before, during and after photos for comparison. I think that I have a great natural shape to my arms. If i begin to lose that, I will stop.

If you go for it, let me know... I want to buy stock in that company you buy your syringes from. :)

Well well well, here we are again, another Monday! Hope you boys and girls had a great holiday, hopefully spent it with those you love, or tolerate.

My weekend was great, thanks for asking! I am movin' and groovin' so nicely this cycle, I'm loving it. The mass is literally slabbing on so quickly, I can hardly believe it. Up about 10lbs from the start, I'd guess maybe a few of those are muscle, maybe. I don't have any bloat to speak of, which is nice....!

The addition of anavar has proven to be a wise choice, the hardness in the mirror is definitely there, in comparison to Dbol. I'm not opposed to blasting dbol again during this cycle, might even run it in conjunction with the var...

Food has been going down great! I'm eating like a fucking racehorse, and I've been pretty damn clean about the foods. Right now breakfast has been a huge meal for me, I've had the time to actually cook, which truly starts my day on a whole new level.

I wish I had some revelation, or something hugely important to tell you guys... I don't, this has been smooth and simple.

Some uplifting and inspiring words this morning:

This is very true. My whole day is set up because of my morning routine (which has been lack luster the last few months due to work reasons and getting the extra hour of sleep in). Every successful person will tell you, what they do in the mornings is what set them up for success.

curious what your breakfast looks like? I am back to just eating proteins and fats for breakfast and saving the carbs for later meals.

This is a photo from the weekend. This, to me, is about as ideal as it gets for MY needs...
