Let’s see those garage gyms!

Went to see my brother and his family for Thanksgiving and he had the fanciest model they make. I played around on it and really liked it. Asked him how much he paid for it. Some people that rented a house across the street moved out and left it. Fucker got the whole set up for 250$. Lucky fuck.
That's a great deal!
Their top model is worth ten times that where I bought mine.. ofc that's Canadian currency but..

Holy fuck. Lol... they’re over a grand easily

I'm guessing he's using a propane heater. Look how many people in Texas and surrounding area died because they burnt their house down or from carbon monoxide:(

Be safe ya'll!
Yeah it was bad out there and I feel for those Texans who went thru that.

It’s propane heater, I’m in Canada it’s just warm enough to use it now to just heat the garage a little, but when it was cold I would run it with the doors closed, guess there’s enough ventilation because I have a working carbon monoxide alarm in there.

Just be careful you don't hit it with weights :)

Love how you managed to get all that equipment in there and the space looks small enough to be in a trailer.

It is relatively small that’s why I opted for what I did, I could get a a cage in there but I don’t actually need one, I can do everything I need with db’s, my levergym and the 2 machines, also about the heater, I’ve burned my self twice on it now.

There are some very impressive home gyms in here. This is what I got so far.
I need recommendations on a few things.

1. a good bench. What I have now isn't safe. I need one or multiple benches for incline/flat/decline

2. machines. I've seen the weider xrs 50 that has pulldown, flys, leg ext and leg curls and preacher attachment, like 400 bones. But that seems a little cheap and I'm not sure of the quality. Ideally one machine that does everything mentioned above would be ideal, I'd don't mind paying for quality.

3. cable fly setup. Seen this and wondering if anyone tried it. I park a car in the garage so space is at a premium.
amazon cable fly thing

Buy a small flux core welder and grinder and build everything you want to fit your space/needs.

This is my home gym. I've been adding to it over the years and it's finally starting to come together. I've got a few bars, plates, kettle bells, bands ect. I built the platform on my balcony haha. I stopped going to my old gym because I was always waiting on a squat rack and they didn't allow chalk.
