I think BG has too many orders sometimes. Maybe he waits to get the products in the pharmacy sometimes, but he always gets me my order. My last couple of orders also took longer than usual, and I wasn't happy about that, so I understand where you are coming, but it's not fair to say that he is this unreliable and is just taking money and failing. BG is legit and he is a good source. He absolutely doesn't suck. I have ordered many very obscure things from him (I send him on a hunt for products because he certainly doesn't have what I have asked for), and he always gets me what I ask for if it is possible. He has proven to me that he is very good at this.

That's great he always gets you your order and you're happy with his service. But me and a number of others are not. He's had a number of customers complaining of poor communication and slow shipping and delivery. Even some on SST.

I didn't say He's failing and just taking money, so don't put words in my mouth. He takes money and doesn't tell his customers when hes out of stock, how long before their order will ship, or anything. If a customer pays and there will be a lengthy delay, he should tell them but he doesn't.

I did say he sucks, and its my opinion but thats based on my last two purchases.

He can be behind, w.e. shit happens.

His responses that pisses me off. It's a reason why I won't purchase his products.

Plenty of people who barely speak English gave better email etiquette than him.

To be honest, he doesn't need my business but I won't send anyone his way.
