My first time using any sort of PED.

Stats
Age: 22
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 160 lbs
Bf: 10-11%
Deadlift: 505 lbs
Bench: 240 lbs
Squat: 365 lbs
Lifting experience: 3 years

Planned cycle:
Week 1-8: LGD, 8mg/day
Week 9-12: Clomid, 50/50/25/25 + Sup3r PCT 7 caps/day

I track all my macro intake + all my lifts in the gym and aim to progress at everything every workout. Currently in a 300-400 calorie surplus. Prior to starting this cycle, I have been bulking for 4 months and I have been making consistent strength and size gains on every lift. I also train 7 days/week. I am very technical/exact with my training and nutrition and also know the rate at which I progress like the back of my hand. I will know for sure if this LGD helps me or not.

Day 1:
8mg LGD
Chest+triceps.
Didn't PR on my heavy pressing sets (I usually do PR on these by adding a rep for most sets)
PRd on my back-off sets though which was good.

I plan to update this log as frequently as I can (hopefully at least every 2 days? maybe daily?)

Any feedback on the cycle is appreciated.

Day 2:
Weight: 159.5 lbs
8mg LGD
Back+biceps+leg press.
PRd on everything at the same rate I have been for the whole bulk, so no surprises there.

Not feeling any different at all yet.

Why would it set me back?

I don't mean to say it'll actually set you back, bad wording. Typically with most SARMS you'll see some improvement but it's short lived and once you stop you'll lose majority of gains. It's kind of a spinning your wheels type thing. With that said, I've done SARMS and although I wouldn't do any again I don't think, it was an interesting experience overall and perhaps you'll learn from it and enjoy it along the way.

That's weird. SARMs usually do the opposite by allowing you to keep the gains due to natural production bouncing back pretty fast with PCT. Test/AAS on the other hand I believe you would have to stay on to prevent losing gains.

Day 9:
Weight: 160.5 lbs
8mg LGD
Legs
Progression has been good in the gym so far but I wouldn't call it out of the ordinary. All lifts going up at the same rate as before.

I noticed my balls are slightly smaller this morning. Not sure if it's just in my head, but they definitely look smaller to me. This would also mean the LGD is binding to my ARs now, so lets see how gym progress is over the next week or 2.

Day 21:
Weight: 162 lbs
8mg LGD
Chest+tris
Progression still very good in the gym. I feel like the LGD is starting to kick in. I am progressing at a faster rate than normal on pushing movements like bench, incline, shoulder press. However, I wouldn't call it significantly faster, but it is definitely more consistent progress than pre LGD.

No sides yet as far as I can tell. The past couple of days my mood has been slightly lower but that could be due to factors outside of the gym.

Interested to c how this works in a young lifter who hasn't yet ventured to the dark side yet. Yea, where'd you get the lgd?

Day 67 (9 weeks complete), end of cycle:
Weight: 172 lbs
20mg Nolva
Chest+tris
My progression got accelerated around the 4 week mark and I continued to progress faster than normal for the rest of the cycle. However, these past 4-5 days I've been EXTREMELY lethargic/unmotivated and slightly depressed. I'm calling it quits today. Overall, I would definitely recommend LGD. It increased my progress by about 30-40% from week 4 to week 9.
However, after about 8 weeks I think the suppression hits you.

Started 20mg Nolva today and plan to do 20mg ED for 3 weeks. I'll report back with how my progress continues during this PCT. Hopefully, there's no regression.

ENDING STATS:
Weight: 172 lbs
Bf: 13-14%
Deadlift: 545 lbs
Bench: 265-270 lbs
Squat: 410 lbs
Lifting experience: 3 years

I'm pretty confident it's legit. I got it from SARMS1
luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuul...

For the price you spent on that you should have definitely bought something more beneficial.

But x2 on the deadlift, fucking awesome pull weight. Impressed. I hope it works for ya! I tried ostarine and it made me feel like complete shit. Cardarine was fun though... but it was around the same time I started a new SSRI so I'm going to say it was the wellbutrin and not the cardarine.
I've heard lots of people take actual pharm SARMs and say they are shit. My buddy is taking them through his PCT right now, pharm grade, He's only like 2 or 3 days in so idk. Best of luck.
