LH & FSH low 4 months after PCT

Hey Guys,
So its been 4 months after pct of my cycle of 500mg of Test cyp for 10 weeks. I believe my LH & FSH are low. I also have zero libido currently. Should I blast some HCG? Here are my lab results, any info is much appreciated.

Something I forgot to add was, I took nolva/clomid for pct. Did not use any Hcg on cycle or after.

Thanks for the response Doc, I'm having problems now getting it up or low labido maybe? Could it be that I have "low T?" Thanks

E2 seems kinda high for having test that low.

Get a hCG challenge to start.
1,000 - 2,000 IU E3D X 10.
Obtain TT after 5-6 injections, then evaluate.

When the level of LH and FSH are good and the testosterone level are low, the supplement of tesosterone injection or oral are good ?
What dose do you recommand ?
