The screenshots that this user has posted are fake, I did not write these emails, any client that has communicated with me via email will know that this is not my style, I don't even use that signature.
I challenge this user to send the emails to an admin to check the veracity.
I don't use Cashapp nor Coinomi, and there wasn't any "get 3 products of your choice for December promo".
The whole "story" doesn't make much sense.
Honestly I just want to think that this user has made a mistake, because I don't see any reason to post this bs.
If there was any problem with any client, like a delay, a missing item, or a reship, I always favor the client, I am sure that there are plenty of users that can confirm this is the way I work.
