Life, death and the short inbetween

Hello all,
The posts on this board that I've read so far have left me thinking that there are some really good, genuine people on here that are very supportive.
I'm not too sure about whether I'm ready for gear- but I'm here to find out, and ready or not, you guys probably know more about weightlifting and exercise than I can get on other frequented forums, so just the lifting/dietary advice will be a huge help.
So in advance, thank you for everything I learn here from all you dedicated, interesting people.

About me-
Small 30 year old guy with pretty mediocre/poor genetics by and large,
5'7" 154lb down from 185, ~16%BF
Bench 5x5 of 224
Dead 5x5 249
15" arms rested (before workout)
Eating about 1500Kcal/day, ~150g Prot, I add fat tissue very quickly lose it only at extreme deficits
:(

Would like to add some lean mass if possible be able to eat much more without dreading just adding adipose tissue.
My biggest problem is I don't want to lose hair. Everyone in my family has male pattern baldness so any test would likely worsen my already sparse hairline. Deca and Tbol maybe? (I will do some hw)
So in closing, Hi! Any advice about anything will always be much appreciated!

Since 2006. about 7-8 months/year, then I would plateau, get discouraged stop and then restart. Rinse repeat

Agree with@gr8whitetrukk, you're gonna lose it anyway. Bald looks good on a well built frame. Just get it in your mind that this is a long term commitment. It doesn't happen over night. Once you start realizing the changes, it will be an incentive to stick with it. But you have to get there first. Plateaus are there to be defeated, don't let them defeat you. Good luck.
