Lifting your chest.I mean to get it to stand out more

Hey bro's what is one of the best things that i can do to get my chest to stand up and poke out a little more.... I have a problem with getting my chest to lift up .. Any feed back welcome :D

you can try dumbell pullover like arnold used to do..I do them every chest workout and after each set u can feel that the ribcage has been stretched, when I first started doing them a few years ago my chest went from 42" to 44" in 2 months.

be sure to get a deep stretch at the bottom of each rep and breathe properly

Personally I have taken EVERYTHING arnold has written down in his encyclopedia and COMPLETELY ignored it because that book is worthless (other than for motivation)

Dumbell presses on the swiss ball. Seems to activate the pec minor (underneath the pec major) quite a bit-your scapulae are able to move more and you can 'hunch' your shoulder girdle forward slightly.

thats the best thing ive ever heard about arnold..i think he is a moron..
