Hey bro's what is one of the best things that i can do to get my chest to stand up and poke out a little more.... I have a problem with getting my chest to lift up .. Any feed back welcome

Dumbell presses on the swiss ball. Personally I have taken EVERYTHING arnold has written down in his encyclopedia and COMPLETELY ignored it because that book is worthless (other than for motivation)
