Happy new year, ladies!
It's that time again. After a year and some of chaos and being more out of the gym than in, I've been back in the gym consistently for a few weeks. I'll be keeping a log here to track what i'm doing, to try to keep myself accountable, and to make smart ass remarks about the collection of wack jobs at the various gyms i lift at.
My last cycle ran 16 weeks, first ten were mast e/test e/npp at 700/700/350. Dropped the NPP at week 8, it was, yet again, fucking with my libido. I was also smoking a pack a day so that didn't help. Threw in 50 mg a day of proviron and some cialis, that helped. Details in my last log somewhere in the bowels of this forum. Closed the cycle with my first tren run, 700/700/700 test/mast tren. I appear to be that strange creature who doesn't get tren sides other than sweating, but the sweating is no fucking joke. I slept with the A/C on 62, with shorts and a t-shirt, then sweats and a sweatshirt. First i would seat through the shorts and t-shirt. lose them, sweat through sweatpants and sweatshirt, sweat through first blanket, shift on top of that, sweat through second blanket, then pull no semi-dry shorts and t-shirt back on. Hysterical, i finished each night with a sodden pile of clothes, sheets and blankets. Trensomnia? Nah, just tired from having to get up and get rid of the sweat-soaked clothes and sheets five times a night.
I decided to drop to a cruise rather than PCT, I want to get my goal of 240/sub 10% bf, it's gonna take a while and blasting/cruising at 40-something doesn't faze me to much, i'm (probably) done having kids.
Finished the last cycle hovering right around 200 and nicely cut:
Dropped to a cruise of 200 mg/week of test e, sun/thurs, with 250 iu hcg and 12.5 mg aromasin on pin days. This worked well for me, i was happy as a clam and nice and stable.
Current stats:

The current cycle, which began last night:
Weeks 1-10
-750/350 Test E/Deca (subbing 100 mg EOD of NPP until my deca arrives), E3D
-Dbol kick weeks 1-4 at 20 mg a day, will ramp it to 40 if my bp doesnt go insane. just took 5 mg, with 10 mg of lisinoril, by the time this posr is done i should know if i can tolerate the dbol. if not, someone can have a nice late xmas present. last time i ran dbol 10 mg in the AM had my bp in the 160/110 range. fuck that. i'm much healtheir, not smoking, and controlling bp with - 10 mg lisinopril ED while taking dbol. we will see how it goes.
- 50 mg proviron ED - total broscience here but the proviron helps with ED issues when i'm taking 19-nor. not saying it will work for you, not claiming any great science to back it up, but it worked for me. empirical evidence says it works, i'm not arguing. mkay?
-10 mg cialis EOD, again, this works with the nandrolone and helps keep my prostate under control, also slight bp control is a nice fringe benefit.
Weeks 11-18
750/350/350/350 Test E/MastP/TrenA/NPP EOD injections for the short esters, E3D for the test
Weeks 16-20 Tbol 40-60 mg/day
The goal is to cram on as much mass as possible in weeks 1-10, then crop to maintenance and burn any excess fat 11-18. Goal is 230, 10% bf. Ambitious but do-able.
I have ghrp-6 coming for appetite, will try it at 50 mcg 2-3 x day and ramp as needed for appetite effects.
I also have enough EQ to run 20 weeks at a gram a week. would love to hear some thoughts about this. I tend to lose the battle with the fork. currently taking 4 mg of cyproheptadiene a day, dsoesn't seem to do a hell of a lot. Any suggestions on dosage of EQ for appetite effects would be great. I may just rely on the ghrp-6.
I have a friend drain me periodically of a a pint of blood, can't have sludge in my veins.
All injectables are pharmacom. tbol and proviron as well. ancillaries, ED drugs, BP meds, etc. all pharma grade.
Last i will probably throw in 2 iu a day of pharmatropin, got it in the xmas special, so why not. my joints hate it, but for at least a few weeks it is magic on my shoulder.
Diet is fairly on point, 3500, 40/40/20, lots of beef, pork, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes, veggies. not using as many supps these days, couple protein shakes a day at work but not the 4-6 i was doing last year.
training is my own concoction, hypertrophy is the goal
mon - chest/tri/abs
tue - back/bi/abs
wed - legs/abs
thurs - shoulders/abs
fri - arms/abs
sat - squats/deads/chest/abs
current 1 RM
Squat 325
Dead 405
Bench 205 (this will never go above two plates, i blew my shoulder out once, never again)
two leg days, two chest days. bringing up both, when i dropped 20 lbs last spring it all came off my legs and tits.
EDIT- yep, in the space of an hour, WITH 10 mg lisinopril, the dbol jumped my bp 25 points. fuck this shit, switching to tbol.
