Yesterday was squats/deads/chest. From the way i feel, and how the last few weeks have gone, it looks like my training is going to be 2x week for legs, back and chest. I'm feeling it, and i am going to capitalize on that feeling.

Forgot about the back pumps from tBol. Motrher of god, that last set of 20 had me nearly in tears. i had to lay flat for about 10 minutes and let shit calm down before moving on...i have an intra (BCAAs and taurine) but i need to throw another 5 g of taurine in it, 7-8 g is the sweet spot for me to keep pumps manageable. Won't forget it next time.

Couple guys and a stick girl rolled in while i was just getting started on squats. This chick clearly fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down, then fell onto the ugly bushes, rolled onto the ugly grass and fell down the ugly hill into the ugly creek. You get the idea. I wouldn't have fucked her with

Now granted i'm on a fair amount of AAS, and banged 100 mg of TNE and washed down 20 mg of tBol with a PWO heavy on caffeine before lifting, so i'm a bit jacked up and tend to notice anyone walking around eyeballing me for even a second (what you lookin at bitch??????)
Nevertheless, this bitch eyeballed me HARD, even my lifting partner noticed. She said the cjhick just had a bad case of resting bitch face, i was getting ready to go over and ask her to (a) stop eyeballing me, it's throwing me off my liftsa and possibly putting me off food for the rest of the day, so could she please (b) put a bag over her head. I opted for string her down. for about 5 mins i just sat there and stared. Every time she looked over there i was giving her the kung fu ninja stink eye. I'm an asshole, i love it.
I probably would have been less of a dick but for the two guys with her, both air force (subtleties like EVERY FUCKING PIECE OF CLOTHING AND HATS SAID AIR FORCE. And the gym bags. Yeah, we get it, you are in the air force. Now i'm all for fellow squatters. Bang them out, you cats are doing the best exercise ever (well, except for deadlifts, i'll cut them a little slack). But then these two clowns start eyeballing me with what was slightly more subtle stink eye. But not much. Why, oh lord, why must you send these douchebags to lift when i'm here. So i jammed in the earbuds and pulled on the hoodie and pulled the hood up, and focused. After my 275 set i look over and see a good morning/squat abortion happening at 315. Now 315 is a respectable weight (and my current best, so obviously it's respectable, right?), but if you're fixing to snap your back doing half squat/good mornings at 315, it's time to strip weight and get that form squared away.
Lifting partner stood there trying not to laugh, i have no poker face. She claims i do this every time i see someone doing goofy shit: stare with a look of utter disgust mixed with mirth. Yes, i'm a judgmental fuck. No, i don't offer my help. Every time i forget how that ends, i do it, and get an earful of: "i used to squat 545 but my dog pissed on my knee and my old lady made me mow the lawn and it took me out of the gym for six months but i can definitely half-squat good morning more than you, old man, so thanks anyway."
I felt good. I was jamming to some old metal (fear factory, coal chamber, geezer) and felt like i could go for a while longer. Taking it easy working back up to the heavier weight, no injuries.
Loving the tBol. Have injected 100 mg NPP ED for four days to get shit rolling, my arms and knees were cracking noticeably less yesterday. Also frontloaded 300 mg test each Thurs/Fri/Sun, now dropping to E3D.
Very happy with the oils ande orals from pharmacom. Been cruising on 200 mg a week of the test e, was quite pleased. The NPP is on the money. Have yet to use a pharmacom product i was not happy with (ran mast p, tren a, test p last cycle, all three shone nicely, see pics above for what I looked like after the cut. I have experience with tBol, this is definiteloy tBol (will labmax when i am at the other house and get my cool inspector gadget test kit) and is alreadt giving me sick pumps. End of infomercial for pharmacom. THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT. This is my experience. Your mileage may vary.
