ok you impatient fuckers, so thurdsday turned into an unplanned rest day, I discovered that six days without resting is fucking killing me. i loaded up 100 mg of TNE and got ready got ready to pop 20 mg of tbol and some pwo, then realizwed i had been sleeping sitting up for an hour. listen to your body kids. so i'm going to start throwing a rest day (or at least a cardio day) in every third or fourth day.

that said, friday after i picked up the kids was shoulders. i took my boys (6 and 3) to the gym, only to discover the kids room is closed fridays. that bullshit, but whatever. took them to the apartment gym with me instead, my roommate watches then and helps them climb on shit and irritate the fuck out of my fellow residents. no serious lifters there anyway, for whom i would actually show some respect, so fuck 'em, they can all die in a fire, my kids have a blast. yeah, i'm that guy. my 6 year old wants to do everything i do. i love that he is going to remember his dad lifting and that will help him pick up the iron. i'll be there to show both of them the ropes. except maybe for the gear. yeah, no gear at 12. :D

i continue my torrid love affair with tbol. the pumps and aggression are great. 10 mg morning and night, 20 mg pwo and i'm all over it. the heartburn sucks, and the fucking back pumps however can stay away. massive doses of taurine help. "help" is relative. i still want to cry like my three year old does when i won't let him throw shit out the window. we're on the fifth floor. only daddy gets to commit felonies, junior.

saturday: squats and deads with some chest work.

i fucked up and squatted first. was supposed to be platz legs (10x10), the back pumps were crippling by set 5, i had to layu down with my back flat for ten minutes before i could walk. needless to say deads didn't really happen.

my wo partner wanted a "butt" workout. lol, ok, i crippled her.

i forced her to do deads with 10 lb bumpers with absolutely perfect form. "oh, shit, that's what that feels like." :D another convert. it's hitting quads, hams, glutes, lower back, rolling up traps and lats. EVERYTHING. The setup is great, there is a mirror to the side you can see your form in nicely. no fucking cheating. easy to see how the bottom is legs that way. use those fucking quads. we have another convert.

lifts:

deads 135x5, 225x4, 315x3, 415x0 (twice). i figured after the aborted deads yesterday i'd give it s shot. yeah, i got 405 off the ground with utter shit form. after lecturing about form, i dropped it and said "no fucking way."

i'm wrecked. i ate 50 bucks worth of Italian food and have more in the fridge. tomorrow will be rest. thatr was what i call an "Ass" day. now to take 100 mg of npp in the ass and call it good.

last note. i got my ghrp-6 in. tried it at 50 mg pre and post wo, noticed zero appetite effect. increased to 100 mg pre and post, post i got weird hot/cold sweats and felt shaky as hell, it kinda freaked me out. after a couple huge glasses of water and food i was ok. not putting much stock in the ghrp-6 for hunger effects, will ramp the dose up progressively i got a bogo so i've got 10 g of this shit, may as well see if i jack the dose up anything happens. looks like max dosage should be around 300 mg 3xday, if that doesn't make me hungry then fuck it.

eq, deca, gh and a few other bits and bobs should be here this week. still undecided on the eq, but given the poor appetite stim of the ghrp-6, i may give it a try at 500 a week and see what's what.

I tried ghrp-6 over the summer and same thing. Nothing. Talked to the guy (i forget his name he's "the guy" for these if you know who I'm talking about") and he refunded my money and told me to never come back. Said they don't work for some.

216.4 in the am. got my bloodwork back from my annual physical. hdl in the gutter (24), alt and ast elevated (each 50). everything else was in range. this was one week in, 750/350 test/npp a week with frontload and 40 mg ed of tbol. not bad.

was reading @ROB581211 's pl log and feeling like a complete pussy, but i suppose that's what six months off gets you. the pl routines are no fucking joke. hopefully i can get my lifts back up and then i might consider a bit of pl. except bench. after the shoulder shit i dealt with, two plates, thanks, that's quite enough.

the gym was like a subway platform during rush hour last night. and of course i had chest scheduled. now every new year's resolutioner is doing chest every time they walk in the gym. add the fact that monday is international chest day. it's tough lately to get motivated, i'm lacking some mental focus. gotta work on it.

more whining later, going to take a rest day and focus on eating tomorrow. and tonight. like now.
 
@lightspan, keep at it and hang tough...you can work around back tweaks but back injury it's practically game over. Hang in there as it's only a few more weeks these gym lizards will be there and they'll slink away never to be seen again.

I've been lifting consistent for a long time brother. I have taken one 3 month break in 9 years and that was few years ago. Other than that I've been at the gym 5-6 days a week. With maybe a 3-5 day vacation once every 4ish months.

You got good solid lifts brother. Keep killin it and you'll be where you want in no time

Update tonight...there has been no slacking on lifting and pinning, just slacking on witty log entries. Time to go squat.
