Lilly pen dosage question

For those using those generic Lilly pens with the 3ml cartridge. I’m mixing tirzepatide 15mg vials. I’m thinking of reconstituting 90mg into the cartridge if I am taking a 10mg dose would i twist the dial to 33? I’m just confused as to how the Lilly pens convert compared to a syringe.

And yes, if you are reconstituting with 3ml bac water that gets you pretty close
