Liquid tadalafil. DMSO and Peg?

Looking to make a tadalafil solution, not suspension. I'm thinking DMSO and PEG would be a solid choice, any reason why I should opt for other solvents/carriers?

I want to be able to dose a single mg at a time.

You can get a Vortex-Genie on eBay for less than $100. Great for shaking it up especially if that solution turns out more like a suspension.
