Liquidex...best way to take it?

Hey guys just wondering how you take your liquidex? I used a syringe to measure out .5ml and just squirted on my tongue. Is that good or would it be better to put it in some water or jucie and drink it? thanks

i go with .25ml daily (measured w/ a syringe) under the tongue (i doubt this helps absorbtion but i do like that alcohol burn) then swallow after holding it for 30 seconds or so.
