Listening to your body..

What's going on friends. Want to get your opinions on something!

Recently I started a new program with a new coach and we've been killing it. I'm in the gym twice a day and blowing up on my first test cycle even though I'm in a slight caloric deficit. All this work has really caught up to me hard though.

Today I went into the gym for my first leg day of the week and everything felt incredibly heavy/hard. I could barely pump out weight that's lighter than my normal. Felt like I was being a bitch but after about 12 sets of legs I decided to listen to my body. I haven't skipped a scheduled day of lifting in a long, long time so naturally I feel like crap about it but I am just exhausted.

What do you think about listening to your body and knowing when it is time to ease off the gas for a day?

There is even a term for it. Just take a day off. If you work out twice per day and blowing up, cutting one session off and leaving the gym is only good for you.

It's very simple, if you went out and drove your car at high RPMS for 2 hours straight then went back and did it again eventually all that wear and tear will fuck your engine up. So stop over working in the gym, once a day is plenty hit it hard then rest. Rest is very important for the body.

Idk how you train but the way I train it's physically impossible to hit the gym twice in one day nor would I ever want too do that to myself .. kill your self on the first go around at the gym I don't understand why your goin twice unless you have nothing else to do then I get it but quit being a faggot and rest u selfish prick
