Little experiment

So on Thanksgiving I have to work this yr. Gym isnt open and its back day. Im thinking of just doing chins and pulldowns then doing 100 reps of Pendlay rows with say, 275lbs in as many sets as it takes. Anybody do things like this once in a while?
 
Have done stints of back work where I don’t do anything else until i get 100 pull-ups.

It’s definitely work and you’ll be sore in a completely different way.
 
On holidays and when I work wknd days I have to use my home gym. Makes it easier like this and a new way to push myself.
