Note: I have NEVER taken ANY steroid....So I was a finasteride/saw palmetto user back in 2010, got off the stuff and developed hypothyroid symptoms which never seems to subside. A few weeks ago I was taking vitamin E mixed tocopherols (can act as an AI) and I was also on a low carb low sugar diet (30-50g carbs a day). Last week I had a cheat day where I ate about 100-125g of carbs and ever since then my body has been in a total decline.
I am currently still experiencing very low E symptoms and they are not going away they are getting worse, symptoms include: No water retention, total body dehydration, excessive urination, weight loss, decreased body temp (97.4 F), extreme fatigue, depression, brain fog, thin skin, joints/bones cracking and very painful, constipation, insomnia, body getting lean. I have been off this diet and all supplements since the crash and the symptoms are getting worse.
I don't have any blood work other than:
testosterone: 295.20 NG/dl (175 - 781 NG/dL)
Free Testosterone: 49.6 pg/mL (6.0 - 224.0 pg/mL)
Is there any possible way that I have permanently shut down my Aromatase activity? I already had low T and the fact that I can feel low E symptoms and are increasing by the day is making me frightened. Any advice on what could possibly help me in this situation? Is this common? I'm not a user by any means but know these forums are very informative. Any advice or info would be very appreciative.
