That's cutting it pretty close, brother.

It's definitely hard, but I'm pretty sure OP isn't at that level. I'd pin diet and exercise on this dude. The dude even says he doesn't lift that often and he's just spinning wheels. Eventually you will get gains on a maintenance even natty if you workout long enough, hard enough.

It's not a gear issue here. It's user error.

OP said he doesn’t train heavy and that he doesn’t eat enough (listed his calories) because he is scared to get fat. Plus his training split is conducive of fitness not growth and mass.
Said himself he doesn’t train heavy and isn’t gaining strength. How would be even know he isn’t getting stronger if he isn’t training heavy, that’s an oxymoron.
Your strong opinion is based off of someone who doesn’t train heavy, doesn’t eat enough and takes dbol with Anadrol and “isn’t gaining” Also his words

Yes it’s possible that all his gear is fake, but highly unlikely.
The facts though are that he won’t gain with what he’s doing, gear or not.
You’re also taking his word on the not gaining part. He didn’t give you before and after weight or a Dexa scan. Some of these guys think steroids are a magic pill and are disappointed when they aren’t Chris Bumstead after a month doing the life cycle machines at planet fitness

You are right about the magic pill thing. The main point here is what I am trying to get across, if anyone uses 300mg of testosterone and orals then you should see something. If this guy is lying, then he can go fuck himself.

But at 300mg plus orals even if you train like shit and eat like shit, you will see or feel something.

I think we should encourage the OP to get bloodwork and we are happy to show him and explain if he has any questions. For his own benefit and to hold a source accountable if needed. Fake Test and all three products being fake is highly unlikely but I guess not impossible.
Next he needs to learn about HPLC testing and the testing section and find sources with lots of testing and excellent results. And then check the source thread for customer feedback and use this method to review sources before selecting one.
Then he needs to train right and eat enough

You're being receptive of the advice and that's the only reason you aren't being eaten alive right now. The truth is you're getting into steroids too early. Your diet and training is supposed to be completely figured out before you take drugs. You're supposed to be doing all of that properly for years, and be at the point where you can't make any more gains and now need steroids for help. You aren't supposed to just take roids and then have to wonder if they're even real because you aren't gaining weight. But I digress.
Your number one priority this week should be working another meal into each day. By next week you should be ready to start working yet another meal in. Eat more and you'll gain either fat or muscle. Either way you won't gain shit if you don't eat enough so you need to figure out how much you have to eat to gain period.
 
I basically eat this everyday. Never changes with exception of a cheat/ high carb breakfast on sat morning.

Eat more food. If you’re not growing, eat more. Eat until you feel sick.

As for eating I’m that guy who’s scared to get fat. And yes I know without calories you’re just spinning your wheels

You should gain weight in a caloric surplus. Whether fat or muscle. It is atleast nutrition related for sure

The problem is not the dose.

If you arent gaining weight, add 200-300kcal and repeat until you see the desired weight gain.

I know bikinigirls that eat 3000kcal.. you dont need drugs, you need food, quality training and sleep.

I’m 5’10
I do full body splits every other day. My 3 kids and job dictate this. I feel it works best for me. I honestly put in the work and count everything I eat.

At the end of day it sounds like (assuming my stuff isn’t fake) I need to up Test and eat more which i get. Maybe up the dbol and drop anadrol
Full body splits isn't nearly enough intensity to get anywhere for growth.
While using AAS you'll want to hammer each muscle group into the ground for 3-5 weeks and have an active rest week where your working out like every other pleb in the gym to recover.

Sounds like you're lifestyle and responsibilities isn't matching up to your training goals.
4-5 day split, its the only way IMO.
If you can only train say 3 days a week, grind training enough so that you can justify having more than a week between each group. I've done that in the past when a baby was new in our house or work was 70 hours plus ect and got results, albeit slower.

Full body splits are for fat chicks and old people.

As far as diet, did you establish TDEE to get why you're at 3000 calories? If you didn't you're throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks, which will yield lower than peak results. Establish TDEE, articulate diet as needed.

Get blood work done if you're worried about bunk gear.

Even on a high androgen cycle weight can be lost if calories are not sufficient. Ever hear of a recomp? If calories are not sufficient even dbol can be used to cut.

Also to OP: these posts from everyone are not an attack on you. You seem good natured and open to learn. There are some varying opinions and this thread has become more of a discussion about different viewpoints. Can be a good learning thread for newer users also with the information provided. You have at least two Pro bodybuilders in here giving you advice, maybe more. And they are saying diet and training.

what about your training program? I cant see a male training very hard or with quality volume on these poverty macros.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with 300mg test and 60mg or dbol/drol eating 2700 calories?

That looks like bad diet with a low amount of micronutrients and a badly planned cycle to me.

The only person i could see making any gains in size from this would be a small female
