This thread and similar threads have been helpful for me trying to run my cycle with the following goals:
(1) linear progression in the gym and have a good time doing it
(2) maintain the ability to comfortably jog for an hour and have a good time doing it
(3) maintain flexibility with yoga and have a good time doing it
(4) on the minimum amount of drugs
My cycle log has more details, I haven't figured out the magic formula yet, but I figured I'd x-post here to get input from others or help other guys with similar goals.
Basically all seems to come down to: use dryer compounds, the less water weight the better.
(2) and (3) basically seem to be equivalent to just not carrying too much water weight and not gaining weight too quickly. "Have a good time doing it" means both physical comfort but also just lack of anything more than minor physical or mental side effects. Linear progression (1), of course, is just gonna depend heavily on where you're currently at, how well you respond to androgens, etc, so is pretty personal. But "on the minimum amount of drugs" will put an important constraint on (1).
I started off at 400mg Test C/300mg Bold C/5iu HGH (up from 4iu) and just immediately turned into a water buffalo. Running and yoga both SUCKED; I whine about it in my cycle log.
I'm much, much closer to having pulled this off now at 250mg Test C/400mg Bold C/1mg E2 Cyp/3.5iu HGH. Had my first run without extremely annoying calf pumps earlier this week. They were back yesterday, though not too bad, but I just settled on this protocol a few days ago so I still gotta let things settle.
If I'm still getting calf pumps trying to run in a week or two, next I might try dropping the test to 200 or 175, or HGH to 2.5. The gains are coming fast now as it is, I might be able to lower the androgen load a bit more and maintain linear progression.
Gonna suck if I learn that all I can handle if I want to run is 200mg Test and a drop of HGH lol but I know my sweet spot is somewhere a bit higher.
