Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

Have been recomping this week and strength is really nice with the adjusted training days, same with fatigue. I am feeling much better, ready to get back to training legs and start prep. Shows will be July 24 + 25

I have a heart scan on Monday, and will be doing liver and kidney screenings/blood assays.

I will wait a bit longer for blood values and lipids, to see how my hematocrit is when the EQ and ment have both been out a bit, because my hematocrit was at the high end of normal previously, while on EQ and ment. I’d like to compare peak off season cell counts with how it looks on health phase and in contest prep.

One thing I will be doing more consistently will be mineral/electrolyte tests. I am most scared of things like hypokalemia and I really want to make sure I am managing risk to the best of my ability. Since it will be my first prep and I am assuming water manipulation will come into play i will be keeping a close eye on the related values. I also want to really see how well I can dial it in when I start using clenbuterol again. This first prep I will consider sort of PBL experience and I need data to undersfand what changes and effects the values of my cell counts/minerals, as well as my health. I already know what is basically going to happen with liver ans kidney health so this isn’t really a place where there is much to be explored.

For my heart scans: I’d really like it if my heart’s enlargement has basically stayed the same, which is mild and within the range where it is normal and fell within the range of any athlete without enhancement. My previous EKG in 2025 didnt present any issues so Im not too worried, however i do want to compare the size of my heart from last march to this end of February.

Waist has started coming down, and even my wife has noticed despite the scale being stable at 254 pounds.
I think if I added some gear I could really get stuff moving.
How's your training these days, brother?

Good, took a week off legs, and lowered frequency to give my joints a break and because I am not using enough gear to grow rapidly or recover as well. Honestly needed a bit of a break mentally and physically from trying to push the envelope every single session 6 days a week and ended up becoming overtrained when I got on trt very quickly. Program is the just 1 on 1 off or breaks as I need them . Leg training also has a volume reduction to flush off some inflammation and systematic fatigue. My strength started increasing again after the deload week. Once I finish my blood work and health/maintenance phase it will go back to higher frequency when gear increases. Will also return to logging lifts then, since right now I have them memorized and just try to maintain or push a little further, instead of make everything grow.
